You said you liked the place until I asked you to reimburse me for the damage to my sofa, now you are claiming things that are untrue. I never had issues with any other guests, but you damaged my property and left the place a mess and refuse to compensate for the ripped fabric on the sofa sleeper that happened during your stay. FIRST you claimed it was defective, and I should.use my warranty, even though no other guest ever thought that or mentioned it, now you sayings dogs did it. Dogs are not allowed in the space and if you broke yet another house rule by letting them in than you are still responsible.
You demanded and extra bed, once you arrived, that was not listed or promised to you. After my daughter brought down and put together and extra twin bed with fresh bedding , so your kids don't have to sleep together at no extra charge, you still managed to not take good care of the furniture.
1. Too much dogs- this is a residential neighborhood and we have only 2 neighbors but they both have dogs and we have very sweet well behaved dogs that live upstairs. Occasionally they bark as we back to open space and they see wild life or people on a hike walking in the distance. The listing mentions dogs on property and does not promise to be sound proof. Soundproof spaces don't exist no matter where you go, there is some type of noise. Maybe it's hotel housekeeping outside ur door or ambulances driving by. This place is very quiet in comparison by all means.
2-not sure how you heard humans as I was out of the country and got back after you left, house was empty every night.
3-the fridge was empty and I personally cleaned it with bleach day before you arrived, however I will put a box of baking soda there to get the smell of moldy food you left behind out.
4-the dishwasher is old, but works well, not sure what you did not like about it? Maybe you should have turned on a self clean cycle on it if you saw something there on the inside. I have a special chemical I use to deep clean it once a month.
5 -you cause damaged to baseboards, managed to scratch the bathroom sink, bent sofa sleeper frame and ripped the fabric on the sofa. I am only asking to be reimbursed the bare minimum if $125 for the damaged fabric as not much can be done with the rest of the issues.
6- You have a history (based on another host review where you broke something and did not take responsibility) now you are trying to ruin my perfect rating on purpose. You should stay at hotels as you do not take care of people's peoperty.
Hotels will just charge your card for the damage directly.
