Tim and Holly, Thank you for that great feedback I really appreciate your expertise because we have only been caretaking here at the Cove for about six weeks and you are our first AirBnB guests! We are no longer newbies but new learners...
If you can help with a little more information, I would greatly appreciate it!
• Other than the under-bed dust bunnies (I will deploy the swiffer! :) ) were there other things about cleanliness that you noticed? I am doing the cleaning myself and not sure if I am missing things or maybe you have tricks that you use to achieve that perfect appearance?
• I had not thought about the fan but that would definitely help! (The AC had been running for a full day before your arrival but apparently I need to have it checked becasue it was not really that hot that day you arrived so for it to still be 84... I don't know why but I will get on this right away.)
• No excuses I know and I am really sorry about the wifi. As you know, we get internet through a satellite service and for the past six weeks I have been struggling with it here in the caretakers house. We thought we had the problem solved in the Cottage (the reason the PW was recently changed to Sanctuary...) but I think they will be realigning the antenna dish today after some severe winds last month that caused a fair amount of wind and flood damage all over the property. The struggles of life on a rural property, right?
Again, no excuses, learning curve. My sincere apologies for the issues.
If you have any other tips for me I would really really appreciate it. I see you are a SUPERHOST with plenty of expertise to share?
