Firstly, I send you the address both through email and airbnb platform time and times, but you not reply our message...
Secondly, on the day you booked, we try to connect you but you never answer us... until 2:00am when we already sleep...
Thirdly, we prepare all you needed at home including the clean towel, cups and water, hot water for showers, toothbrush et al. for you.
Maybe you think we should keep awake until 3:00 am that late, because you never have time to check the address I sent to you(Although other guests think our address is clear and easy to find.), then I should say sorry to you, but you should not ignore other stuff we prepare for your coming, and to make this extreme feedback to our services.
I hope you can take a second to check the address before your vacation. Because there are few hosts of Airbnb could keep awake all night for your coming..
