Incredible town house located in the historic and picturesque town of Calvia at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Calvià itself is a point of tourist interest. Its ancient architecture and historical atmosphere attract thousands of visitors every year. Most of the buildings date back to the 17th century. Some, among which are the ruins of an ancient Roman villa, are even older. Built on the ruins of a 13th century church, the imposing Church of Sant Joan Baptista is another example of classical architecture. Its proximity to the Serra de Tramuntana allows easy and close access to the large number of routes for hikers and mountain bikers. For those who do not look for trails in the middle of the mountain, there is a bike path that goes around Calvià and has a wide and easy selection of routes. Nothing less than ten of the numerous and impressive beaches in the area have a 'blue flag' for their quality, a recognition granted by the Environmental Education Foundation. This makes Calvià a dream destination for those lovers of the sea and the beach who want to discover the region.
