Apart from the fact that your fiancee speaks perfect English, it is rather impolite to assume that by writing a damaging review in Spanish will make all the difference.
You requested a refund for the elevator not working in the building for a one or two days, where as I am not an elevator repairman, the building is old art deco style and you only had to 'climb' to the second floor. Considering the fact that you requested an almost 200 dollars of refund which I granted due to this issue, you also complained about not having the wifi although the GSM card was provided. That being said, you never communicated cleanliness issues nor on the platform or on (Hidden by Airbnb) which we used for communication extensively, and indeed you were given 10 plus towels for your stay plus 5 sheets and an extra comforter and 8 pillows. I also gave you, rather your fiancee a 5 star rating, because whatever she requested and whenever she contacted me she received a response within.10 minutes. I am appaled about your arrogant approach as I thought I was there whenever you needed me. Next time you plan your travels abroad, I suggest you do some more research about what you are renting where you are going, as multiple Guests cannot all be wrong. Maybe if you tried to speak a little English next time you visit the U.S. your aspects and issues could be better understood and taken care of. The communication with your fiancee was perfect, for which I would like to thank her again. On the last note, you will not be able to find any accomodation for usd300 per week on South Beach, so if you are preferring Hilton Quality amenities, front desk, maybe you should not opt for a Bread and Breakfast apartment. I wish you all the best! Sincerely James
