Christophe, we are happy you seem to have enjoyed your stay in our apartment. Also very sorry to hear you had trouble bring up your heavy luggage to the fifth floor. We mention the fact there is no elevator in the airbnb ad to avoid this kind of misunderstanding.
In your case you could have warn us beforehand you had heavy luggage not sure to be able to make it up there on your own and we would have happily found a solution and big muscles help for you!! This is obviously the difference between airbnb stays and hotel offers, there is no automatic groom service, but with communication we can assure you the best service ever!
As for the light not being switched off, I deplore you did not find out how that particular lamp turns off (even though I do not know which one you are talking about). But again you certainly should have called the number we gave you to get that information from us or my friend who welcomed you (we are available to assist you from early morning to late evening) and we would have helped you switch it off. There is no such lights in the apartment that does not turn off.
This is an apartment where a family lives, with its tricks and particularities as every home around the world, and with good information and communication we can assure you the best help we can to make you confortable and happy as can be.
