I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay and gave us a rubbish review. I do not believe we were rubbish, on the contrary, I provided you with a clean, tidy and stylish home at great value for money (your words at the end of your review) and I actually answered all your queries within an hour. Apart from the one regarding the check out, which you sent to me at 1am on a Sunday and I replied, quite respectfully at 9am Sunday.
I could not offer you an early check out as we needed it cleaned before our next guest that same day. I did however, offer for you to leave your bags but instead you went off with the key and didn't return until later. A key safe is what many hosts use and they are extremely safe and that is where the key should be left, especially if you should have already checked out. I charged you for this, which you paid and hence I left you a positive review.
I find it incredibly impolite of yourself to think that I should be at your beck and call, 24/7 for matters that are anything but an emergency. Local info and WIFI details were all in your email and you never once asked me about any of those things.
The fans were a real issue during our heat wave. I was only able to use websites that delivered direct to yourself and they had sold out. So that, unfortunately was out of my control.
