Hi Jane, I'm sorry that you were disappointed with my apartment - I wish you had contacted me when you arrived so that I could have helped. We do state on our profile that we are unable to provide clothes storage, however, we have now added a small amount of hanging space on the back of the door. We have removed the chair you mentioned. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned before you arrived, and most guests give us 5 stars for cleanliness. The bathroom was left sparkling, and we have paid particular attention to providing high quality crisp white linen and fluffy towels.
