The "Studio" is part of a family compound, built in 1895 and painted pink in 1937 by Caroline During Baltzell. Her oldest son, E. Digby Baltzell, coined the word WASP, White Anglo Saxon Protestant, the commonality of our founding fathers.
It has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. With a separate entrance off of Rte 198, it is a hiker's and biker's dream. You have direct access to Park trails, and Norumbega Mountain is directly across the pond. The trail around the pond is a leisurely thirty minute walk.
