Many thanks for your kind review. I really appreciate you taking the time to do this as reviews are so important to ensure we can provide the best service possible.
The apartment is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment. It states this at the top of the listing, and further down where the little diagrams of the bedding arrangement is found. And the photographs show 2 bedrooms also. The locked door in the apartment that you were trying to access is in fact the cleaners cupboard, so you did have access to the whole apartment as stated. The apartment sleeps 5 people. A SuperKing master bedroom, then there is room that is a twin (or single) if fewer people are staying, and a sofa bed in the lounge.
On the heating front, we’re so sorry to hear you were cold in the apartment. Unfortunately, the battery in the thermostat remote had just run out the night you arrived and Linda my property manager did not have a screwdriver to hand to unscrew the back to replace the batteries. However, I understand that she was back at the apartment to fix it in the morning and then checked with you later to ensure everything was working as it should be and that you were cosy and warm, so we had no idea that you had an issue. There are also full instructions in the printed property manual on how to turn the heating on at any time of day and up to any temperature you desire.
Obviously, we are concerned at how you thought there were 3 bedrooms and if there is anything at all that could be misleading, please let either myself or Linda know so we can address it.
We try our utmost to make sure our apartment is perfect and that all guests are happy during the stay, and Linda is always available to answer questions and sort any issues with guests staying with us. Any further feedback on this would be much appreciated to ensure it doesn't happen again.
PS. Hope you enjoyed your birthday and the bottle of wine we left as a gift too! :o)
