Private, gated community with your own garage bay. Complete use of upstairs - 3 bedrooms... 1 bedroom with private bath, 2 bedrooms share large bath with tub shower and twin sinks. Large bonus room with TV, Internet, dining table and breakfast bar, refrigerator and microwave - continental breakfast (fresh fruit, cereal and/or pastries served in the morning). Enjoy the backyard pond (no swimming) and relax on the patio. Wine or champagne chilling in the refrigerator - waiting for your arrival.

We are a 5 minute walk from the Boise river green belt allowing for a scenic walk along the. Bedrooms all have new furniture, mattresses, pillows, bedding and towels.
The refrigerator is stocked with snacks and the Keurig has a variety of coffees and teas for your enjoyment.

The neighborhood is 25 years old - landscaped spectacularly with ponds and channels that run between the properties. While you are here, you might see a blue heron land on the bank of our pond or a family of geese teaching their goslings to fly - spectacular wildlife - with true photo opportunities.

My name is Rafaela and my husband's name is Stephen.
When I am not helping others purchase or sell their home, I love to read (just finished "The first Mrs. Rothschild" - a wonderful view of World history), write, garden, photography, sew and walk/hike the lovely trails and paths here in Boise. We live 5 minutes walk from the Boise river and to watch its ever-changing landscape is a fascinating experience. I love to travel to Europe where I facilitate English immersion classes in Spain and Italy. I usher at the Morrison Center to stay up to date on "what's happening" here in Boise.
Stephen enjoys working with clients and caring for our fur angels, Boo and Pumpkin. We have 2 children, 8 grandchildren and a brand new great granddaughter.
We enjoy meeting new friends and sharing our love for Idaho. We look forward to opening our home up to travelers needing a caring and comfortable place to relax and want to become their home away from home...
