Our three bedroom, three bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood lined with live oak trees and palms -everything you could possibly need is provided & included in the price. We are a 8-10 min. walk to the beach & provide free use of our golf cart. On the island - Harris Teeter grocery store, a convenience store/gas station, restaurants. Target, Walmart, Costco, Town Centre shopping center & restaurants are within 5 miles. Downtown Charleston only a 15 min drive & the airport only 20 min.

At our 3 bedroom/ 3 bath home there is a large front porch & deck, with comfortable seating and ceiling fans for you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere (accompanied by the singing birds).

There is an open living/dining/kitchen area with seating for up to 12. The comfortable living room has two sofas, two club chairs and TV, including Xfininty (Netflix, Amazon Prime, ESPN, etc.). Inside is a wide variety of board games & cards for the family to enjoy. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, toaster, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker(starter pods and coffee beans provided), as well as microwave/convection/air fryer combo. Kitchen linens, detergents provided as well as starter flour, sugar, spices, etc.
There is a laundry room with full-sized washer & dryer and laundry detergent provided. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided as well as soap, shampoo & paper products.

There are 3 bedrooms, two masters with full ensuite bathrooms, plus a sitting room with a full-size sofa bed. One master has a King bed and the other a Queen, with adjoining sitting room. The third bedroom has two Twin XL beds & a full bath just across the hall. Each bedroom has a smart TV and a chair. There is also a full futon and a single futon available, as well as a small crib.

The garage area downstairs will accommodate up 2 cars and there is parking in the driveway for 2 additional cars. We have provided all the beach paraphernalia - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach canopy, beach wagon & boogie boards for your use. There is a shower downstairs with hot water & clothes line for your wet bathing suits.

We also have just added a private, above ground pool in the back yard, with surrounding decking and a shallow end for the kiddies. There is various sports equipment for your enjoyment - ping pong table, corn hole, spike ball, bocce ball set, pickle ball paddles/ball for 4, five adult bikes and 2 youth bikes. Our 3-seater golf cart is also available for you use - All of this is at no extra cost - a $1500 value.

The IOP Rec Center nearby has tennis, pickle ball, basketball, soccer, baseball, gym & wonderful playground for kids. Just down the street at the Marina, there is canoeing, surfing, paddle boarding, fishing, a boat landing, as well as a myriad of restaurants nearby. Our neighbor has a fishing charter business, as well, if you'd like to book something while here.

We offer a 12% discount if you book for 7 nights or longer, a 10% discount for active-duty or retired military families(not to be combined) and also early-bird & last-minute discounts. We also offer a special discount for our returning guests, so be sure to remind us when you book.

Our next-door neighbor has a fishing charter business, too, if you're interested.
