This 2 bedroom/1bath 800 square foot cabin is brand new and boasts gorgeous views of the Williams Valley atop a green rolling hill on an 8 acre property. A nice country drive to Grants Pass via Hwy 238, guests will enjoy the old west 'bunkhouse' theme with KING bed, full bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette upstairs. The back deck is overlooking the trees and green hills of the property. Relax and watch the deer and enjoy the quiet and serene atmosphere.
Outside the back deck and down the stairs is the 'bonus' room which has queen bed (and now we have a queen air bed too!) with recliner, game table chairs. This room has a large TV (NO CABLE TV at this time) with a DVD and VHS library. NOTE: You must go OUTSIDE and down the stairs to get to the second bedroom. There is only one bathroom and it's on the top floor.
Close by are the Applegate Wine trail (Plaisance Ranch Winery is just across the street!), Grants Pass Jet Boats and downtown, Taprock Restaurant overlooking the Rogue River! Also close by is historic Jacksonville with its quaint shops and good restaurants.
1/4 mile away is the yummy Cocina 7 restaurant with weekly live music events. They also offer GMO free tacos.
1.5 Miles away is the Williams General Store, and 2 miles away is the Provolt General Store off Williams Highway.
Lots of great hiking trails in the area close by!

The owners live next door in the main house next door.
Sorry, no smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property, and NO PETS ALLOWED on the property. There are indoor/outdoor dog and cats in the main house next door, however they aren't allowed in the cabin.
During freezing/frost temperatures, Vineyard across the road uses
large fans for short durations.
All areas around cabin, back deck of cabin overlooks rolling hill with oaks and lots of wildlife to watch.

We value our guests' privacy but are available to answer questions, just to gab or to recommend a restaurant or winery! Owners live in main house next door. Cabin faces garage of main house so owners will be coming and going, but inside and back deck of cabin are very private.
RENTAL RULES for The Williams Bunkhouse
1. Smoking and /or illegal drugs are not allowed ANYWHERE on the property, inside or out. Burning of candles, incense, etc. is not allowed.
2(URL HIDDEN)No parties allowed. Please respect the neighborhood and make no excessive noise. No gatherings other than the registered guests allowed on the property except for briefly. (Inquire for exceptions). People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3(URL HIDDEN) The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Homeowners disclose that the property is not child-friendly. There are unfenced water features onsite. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4(URL HIDDEN) The following areas are off-limits to guests, especially children: The house next door and surrounding areas (including garage and barn except accompanied by owner). Please inquire first if you wish to explore the lower pond area.
5(URL HIDDEN) Full payment is due according to whichever website booking method you used. If payment is late, tenants risk losing the deposit and reservations, based on cancellation policy for reservation.

9(URL HIDDEN)Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s) unless previously arranged with owner. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

12(URL HIDDEN)The property is on a well and septic systems The septic system will clog up if improper material is flushed. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, wipes, paper towels, dental floss or other products should be flushed at any time.
13(URL HIDDEN)Do not move furniture other than chairs and lamps. NO JUMPING ON THE BEDS please! If you need assistance and wish for a different configuration, please contact owner.
14(URL HIDDEN)Please don't remove binoculars from the unit. They are for viewing the wildlife from the cottage or back porch area only.
15(URL HIDDEN) No refunds will be given for storms, other weather conditions, or acts of God. We do not refund due to road conditions. Please see listing for cancellation policy.
