We do update our appliances,furnishings & linen regularly & have a big paint job scheduled for mid 2018.
You came in right after a new BBQ & dryer purchase.
We try to keep our holiday home fresh & current & do appreciate input from 'fresh eyes'.
In regards to the email terms & conditions - we try to be as upfront as possible. It's a big house & as we cater for couples, families & pets - it's always important to set clear house rules. That way we have very few issues & everyone gets the same info.
We do not personally greet guests - as we prefer to be circumspect in our holiday let: accessible, responsive but not 'present'. As it is a whole house let - not a share house or room let, we find that most appreciate the privacy.
