Five minutes and you reach the Bethany House of Artists, ten minutes to the "bathing ship", a swimming pool with a floating pontoon on the River Spree, from which to admire your great passing ships.

Transport links are perfect. You have 300 meters to the underground, 800 m to the S-Bahn and can quickly reach all the cultural attractions and centers of Berlin. The airport is a full 24 minutes travel time.

The apartment was furnished with carefully selected individual items according to the rules of the art facility. Many of the furniture comes from the boardroom of an old sauerkraut factory in Brandenburg - discovered by a friend, a location scout during the filming of a movie project. For comfort and feel you have a large bright bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen with induction hob, coffee maker, all kitchen appliances such as toasters, etc., and a handy washing machine. Fast wireless Internet and cable TV provide fast internet connection and good entertainment. Right down in the courtyard there are two play areas - if you come with your children - and a large communal terrace with views to all over the Spree. A good place to rejuvenate after a day in Berlin, a little soul.
