Perfect ocean view from the 11th floor. Located on the ocean in a newly updated building featuring pools, lazy river, hot tub, outdoor patio on the ocean. Condo was totally renovated! It's been updated with new stainless steel appliances, Travatine marble floors, vessel sink, two flat screen TV's, wifi and cable tv. Kitchen has the essentials.

A hely
Upon arriving you may park in the area designated for unloading or the 15 minute parking area in the horseshoe. Go to 1104 (far right elevator also known as Elevator 3) and use the code you will be sent on the day of your arrival. Once inside the condo, the parking pass will be on the dresser. Please unload your vehicle, place the parking tag on your rearview mirror, and then move your vehicle to the garage or parking lot across the street. Once inside your condo, there is also a white access card that is required to enter the garage, the building after 11 PM and the indoor pool area. The replacement cost is $50 so please don't misplace the card. Orange wristbands (inside the condo) are required to be worn anytime you are on the pool deck or in the pools.
