A hely
The apartment is entirely for you, counts with all you need for a short or long term stay.

A Nikken system will provide you with an excellent quality, potable and alkaline water for all your stay. The kitchen counts with fridge, gas stove (no oven), microwave, blender, coffee maker with an integrated reusable filter and cookware as well as cutlery.

In the bedroom, there are clean cottoned made linens, space for your clothes, reading lamp and electrical supplies beside the bed. In the bathroom, there are towels, hand soap and a 24h gas heater provides with hot water 24h.

There's also ethernet/wifi (20 Mbps. optic fiber), table and sit for home office. The dinning room furniture is foldable, you can take some of the tables and chairs to the balcony for eating or working outdoors. In the living room there are magazines and handcrafted boardgames for having a nice time. There's also a TV of 43" with Roku for apps (it doesn't include paid streaming services, neither local broadcast channels)

Colonia Letrán Valle is a very calm and safe neighborhood, nice for walking around at the very geographical center of the city. For running or just a promenade, Parque de los Venados is a few blocks way. It's one of the most popular and biggest parks of the city.

At a walkable distance there are all services, laundry, hairdressing, market, ATM, restaurants, drugstores, coffeeshops, 24h parking lot and public transportation.

If you come for work purposes or just to get to know the city, it's a good option since it has a great location for moving around the different neighborhoods. It's just in the middle of the central highlights Historical Center - Roma - Condesa - Chapultepec and southern touristic spots Coyoacán - San Ángel - Tlalpan - Ciudad Universitaria.

Your arrival functions with self check-in through a key-box and a unique password for each guest. For your and my safety, in order to complete your reservation please send me your ID and the IDs of all the guests via the app's chat.

In the app and in place you have the rules and manual for your better understanding of the performance of all services int he space.

Through the app's chat, you can contact me for whatever you need and I'll be always aware. If it's necessary to solve any issue in-situ, someone who I trust will be there for help.
