Regarding the trash bins, we completely agree with your point and will upgrade their number, so your suggestion is highly appreciated! There are several bins already (maybe they should be at a more noticeable spot), and we make sure it is taken care of daily, but we can certainly add more. Thanx!
The feeling of being rushed is a highly subjective one, and sometimes the schedule is a bit tight and we have no choice but to respect it - for the sake of other guests. If you felt mistrusted for some reason, or you felt that any of people taking care of your needs were "not in a mood", we apologise - that was and never is our intention. We also apologise if some misunderstandings arose from the language barrier.
Regarding the washing machine, please note carefully that that particular feature is not a part of the arrangement of your inquiry. At no time whatsoever was that promised or said to be included in the price. We sympathise with our guests that are in need, and try to help on any occasion, but please consider the next time that a criticism towards the host for not meeting non-promised expectations is not a constructive one. We are very sad that we were unable to do you a favour at that particular instance - but please consider that laundry service is not provided as a part of the room renting, nor was that suggested to you at any moment. Our laundry is primarily used for the purpose of sheet washing and which clearly needs to be our absolute, number one priority - and very carefully planed in advance to meet the high standards for all our guests.
