Newly renovated contemporary apartment in the heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Three blocks to the central Plaza and two blocks to Canyon Road, our premier art gallery street. Nestled off the street in an old, quiet neighborhood, you will enjoy privacy among the trees, but within walking distance of all the historic downtown area filled with shops, museums and award-winning restaurants.
While housed in a 1915 carriage house building, the apartment is completely new inside, finished with high-end appliances and fixtures. It features a full kitchen, bath with large shower, basic cable and wireless internet. Off-street parking is also provided.
By car, you are minutes from a web of beautiful forest hiking trails and bike paths and a 40 minute drive to the Santa Fe ski basin. Easy day trips to Taos, Ojo Caliente Spa and dozens of small historic villages nestled in the mountains surrounding the town.

Off-street parking is provided, but note that the drive is very narrow and while there is room for parking three cars, guests must be courteous and park smart, leaving room for other cars.
My unit is in the old part of downtown Santa Fe and so neighbors are very close. Guests are expected to be courteous and quiet late in the evening.
Pets are allowed after a discussion with the owner about size, age, training, etc.
No smoking is permitted inside the unit and is discouraged on the property as a whole.
Off-street parking is allowed but please note that the driveway is narrow and the space for cars is small. If you plan to arrive in a large SUV, please let me know so I can help you determine if there will be room for you to park during your stay.
Pets are allowed on inquiry and approval.

I live next door to the two apartments I rent out and really enjoy meeting guests and helping them navigate our small town to get the most out of their visit. There is so much to do in Santa Fe, for a town of only 70,000 people: great hiking trails, just a few minutes from my property; terrific four start restaurants, as well as down home regular places that we locals all love; great arts and art, of course; and a community of really interesting and friendly people from all walks of life.
