Thanks for your interest in my place!!
Super cute, colorful, and cozy two bedroom/one bath apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. One bedroom is available starting mid-January.
We are a block from the grocery store, post office, and 24 hour laundry! We live off of the main drag on Myrtle Avenue, which means cute boutiques, restaurants, wine shops, bars, cafes, and delis galore.
If you are looking for good wine, stop by Corkscrew on the corner. They just opened and the owners know so much about wine and just lovely people; they always give me excellent recommendations to go with dinner.
If you're looking for a fabulous, but well-priced brunch, stop by Maggie Brown on Myrtle, just past Washington Ave. Cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Make sure to try their biscuits with raspberry butter! Yum!
We are a ten minute walk from beautiful Fort Greene Park and the farmers' market! The B54 and B62 buses stop at the top and bottom of our street, respectively. 5 minute walk to G train at Clinton-Washington. 10 minute bus ride to the A/C F (email hidden). Metrotech, or you can totally walk it, if so inclined. I do every day! It takes twenty minutes to walk straight up Myrtle to Metrotech and it is so worth a lovely walk through the neighborhood and past the park!

I love getting to know my guests and would love to share a meal or a glass of wine with you while you're here! Happy to make recommendations for your stay in the city!
Our neighborhood is safe and pretty! I breathe easier when I arrive home after being away! I know and love my neighbors and local shop owners.
The B54 and B62 buses stop at the top and bottom of our street respectively. Very easy to travel to Williamsburg, downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, and Dumbo. Access to G, A, C, F, Q, B, R trains.
2. Have fun!
3. Do your dishes as soon as you use them and place them on the drying mat.
(website hidden) smoking.
5. No pets.
6. No stopping the fun! ;)
7. Definitely have a margarita and fresh guacamole at Los Pollitos 3, the amazing Mexican restaurant on our corner!
8. Take out the trash regularly. We have cans on our front stoop and we recycle; bottles, cans, and plastic go together. Paper goes separately. Then other trash.
9. Try to be quiet as you go up and down the stairs and close the door quietly behind you; we (the other tenants in the building and I) live in a small house and we can all hear each other coming and going.
10. Make new friends!
I am a tenth grade English teacher and professional hoop dancer. Yes, I play with hula hoops for a living! That, and I mold young minds; or at least try to! And in my spare time, I write, write, write. ;)
