Lovely sunny and typical Parisian flat in the center of Paris with balcony and very nice open view, on 6th floor (with elevator) of a traditional Parisian building: 1 bedroom (with double bed), 1 living room, and 1 dining room (with pull out couch) can serve as 2nd bedroom, fully equipped, with public transports(subway(metro)/bus/train station)& shop at the foot of the building! Also at 10min walking distance to famous sightseeings in the 5th arrondissement: Quartier Latin Saint-Michel Notre-Dame
-Overall I expect you to please be respectful and careful with my apartment: leave my apartment in the same state you found it when you arrived and behave the way you wish I would behave if I was a guest at your home. It's the only home I have and I try to put great care in it.
-I will try my best to be as flexible as possible about Check in& Check out time, however it all depends of the situation. So if I have another guest before and/or after you I expect a check in after 1pm and a checkout at 11:00 am.
-It is a quiet family residence, so discretion and respect of the neighbors is a prerequisite. So do not throw any party.
-It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment but smokers are allowed on the balcony.
I am Josephine!I am from Paris and I love traveling and meeting new people.
As a travel (and food :) ) lover myself, I have been using Airbnb as a guest for a while.
But only since 2017, have I started to be a host too by renting out my only private home, my nice apartment in Paris, only when I am away for the week end, vacations or business trips.
When I will be a guest at your home, I promise to be respectful and take great care of your place and your belongings :)
When you are at my home, I expect the same from you.
I want to thank you in advance dear future guests to help me improve my everyday life and cover my apartment expenses with your stay! I can't wait to meet you and share my deep love of Paris with you! And if I am not there my nice boyfriend will welcome you and be there for you! I hope you'll like my home and my city :)
