My 23-m2 apartment is located in central Tokyo on the Yamanote line. It is only 5-minute walk from the JR Ebisu station. You can walk to Ebisu Garden Place in about 10-12 minutes. Last train to Ebisu usually end around 12:45AM in the morning, but taxi from Shibuya or Roppongi to Ebisu is also quite cheap ($9-18).
There're many shops, restaurants, fun places to hang out around Ebisu. Some popular nearby restaurants include Afuri ramen, Dinh Tai Fong. You will enjoy your time in Tokyo! :)

My place is quite cozy. It's on the 1st floor of a three-story building, so you don't need to climb any stairs :) The mailbox is also right next to it. It is bigger (23-squared-meter to be exact) than most places that are located in central Tokyo for single occupancy.
The kitchen can be separated from the living room/sleeping room by a moving door. It's convenient if you like to cook because the smell will not get inside the bedroom.
I have all the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable, including shampoo, body wash, towels, toilet paper, paper towel, linens, kitchen utensils, cooking supplies, hot water, coffee (limited quantity), umbrellas, etc.
