This lovely, bright, double-bedded room is perfectly situated for just about everything, suiting travellers arriving by train or their own transport, making a great base to explore the area. There is a good variety of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a huge range of places of interest.
There's a microbrewery pub which makes pizza in a clay oven - only a few minutes walk from the house.

The pleasant, bright double room is in a Victorian terraced house and is ideally located for just about everything, many places of interest being within a short walking distance.
It takes about seven minutes to walk into town, with the beach and the old town not much further. There is a huge beautiful park a couple of minutes away.
Your room doesn't have an en suite but you have a private (unless the other guest room is taken) bathroom on the same floor as your room. There is a shared separate toilet a few stairs down from the room. The kitchen is used for breakfast. Tea and coffee-making facilities are available in your room. The kitchen can be used for eating takeaways where I'm happy to provide crockery and cutlery. You are welcome to use the microwave for ready meals.

I enjoy meeting new people so initially, I'll probably be quite chatty then I would leave you to your privacy. I'd be happy to be called on to give advice about the area or help with anything that would enhance your stay.
