The Cottage and the main house are separated by a Hall/Laundry room. This cottage is licensed by the City of Roseville and we pay TOT tax on each stay. .

Located in the perfect location of Old Roseville on Main Street, this studio unit has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. This is a detached studio unit with your own private entrance. Amenities include: A comfortable queen-sized bed and seating area with a full-sized pullout bed, a Fire TV Stick, and strong WiFi. Bar-height dining table with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/range, toaster and coffee bar. Two houses down from a mini mart for your convenience!

We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!
