Unwind, curl up on the couch, or get a great nights sleep among the trees. Mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. Built as an in-Law quarters, it has it's own Front & Back door, Heat/Air Conditioning System, Patio/Private Fenced Yard, and off street parking. The Cottage and the main house are separated by a Hall/Laundry room. This cottage is licensed by the City of Roseville and we pay TOT tax on each stay. .

This gorgeous newly remodeled 2 bedroom [NOTE:2 king size beds and 2 rollaway beds(available upon request)] and 2 bath. Unwind and relax. Hang out in the spacious backyard. Note: $500 extra cleaning fee if smoking or pet hair detected. Due to allergies, we are unfortunately unable to host any animals. Due to CoVid-19 safety - hot tub is not available.
