Großzügige Terrasse mit Blick über die sanften Hügel des ländlichen Monferrato mitten im Unesco-Weltkulturerbe-Gebiet. Das Haus ist klein, schlicht, aber authentisch und liegt an einer ruhigen Straße. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die wunderschöne neogotische Kirche San Martino.
