Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

The property is surrounded by World Heritage Rainforest which is a result of the protracted Jackeys Marsh Forest Protests. Our Cottage is a family friendly self contained accommodation. Our Cottage is a short 3 minute walk close to the famous Ross Village Bakery well known for Kikki. A spacious three bedroom house welcomes couples or can sleep up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with queen bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds. Open plan kitchen living area. Bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. No Pets - No parties -off Street parking. WFI available

Aplite House is an architecturally designed, solar passive, and solar-powered home, built from Tasmanian materials and designed by the Hobart firm Dock 4. The 200-acre property is located at Friendly Beaches, between Bicheno and Coles Bay, and it borders the iconic Freycinet National Park on three sides. Inside, the house presents work by Tasmanian artists. Great care has been taken to showcase Tasmania.
