Rokena Spa is a fully self-contained, high quality, peaceful, secure and warm apartment. Private entry (off a large timber deck with an overhead pergola), is to the spacious dining and living areas with adjacent sleeping areas, bathroom and kitchenette. The walls contain original NZ art. It has a spa pool and gas bbq on your deck, plus internet, Sky television, sole-use Wi-Fi, 2 bikes and 2 car parks. Knowledgeable owners are available on-site, in the upperlevel apartment.

Time out on Tilsley is a great base to explore the forest, hot pools & sights of Rotorua from. Perfect for 4 can sleep 6. Luxe linens on two queen beds plus an inner sprung sofa bed makes a comfortable additional bed for guests; well stocked kitchen with fridge basics; sliding doors open onto the patio for morning Nespresso; evenings around the fire pit. Bedding and towels provided. Great wifi. Lock your bikes away out of sight in the laundry area. Our place = your home.

Luxury apartment, hot tub & free wifi

Luxury two bedroom self contained apartment. Quality bed linens and towels. Hot tub, unlimited wifi. The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.

House is situated on our section but it is fully self contained and private/fenced off.

Located just meters from Lake Rotorua in Ngongotaha. As a holiday destination you would have a hard time finding such a peaceful and convenient spot. Newly renovated , it's sunny, set in lovely gardens and only a short stroll to the lake and boat ramp. A great fishing, kayaking or fly fishing area, with the Ngongotaha stream only a short walk away.
