Brand-new cabin by the forest

Welcome to our brand-new cabin! The cabin is located on the edge of our yard, offering peace and privary eventhough Rovaniemi city center is still only 10 minutes drive away (7 km) and Santa Claus Village, airport and railway station are about 15min drive away (10km). Free parking right next to the cabin. Cross country skiing tracks are about 500m and skiing slopes and golf course are about 4km away. We can accommodate up to 3 people: 2 in double bed/single beds + 1 on a mattress or baby bed.

Proboost Arctic Center cottages (A,B,C) are brand new triangle cottages, which are made in september 2024. All cottages are similar! You can enjoy the wonderful northern lights in the area! You are in middle in woods, but only 1km from airport and 2km from Santaclaus village. In area is grillhut and outdoor fireplace, where you can roast sausages or marshmallows. Direkt am Polarkreis gelegen mit Zugang zum Wasser (Kemijoki) wohnst Du im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses in einer 1 Zimmer Wohnung (23 m²) mit eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung ist 12 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen und 7 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Im Sommer kannst Du Dich mit einem Sprung im Fluss Kemijoki erfrischen. Ein Golfplatz ist in der Nähe. Im Winter sind Langlaufloipe und Abfahrpiste nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussensauna direkt am Fluss kann gegen eine Gebuehr genutzt werden.

Tunnelmallinen saunamökki (22m²) maaseudulla. Irtaudu arjesta, nauti rauhasta ja mökistä, joka sijaitsee talomme pihapiirissä, kuitenkin täysin omassa rauhassaan. Mukava 160 cm leveä sänky tarjoaa tilaa kahdelle aikuiselle. Lämmitä oma puusauna, rentoudu terassilla tai nuotion ääressä laavulla. Ihaile tähtitaivasta tai revontulia kaukana kaupungin valoista. Talviaamuna voit kävellä kauniilla lumisilla metsäpoluilla, kuunnella luonnon hiljaisuutta ja hengittää raikasta ilmaa.

Tämä pieni, sähkölämmitteinen persoonallinen tupa tarjoaa lepoa ja mielenrauhaa. Tuvasta isosta ikkunasta aukeaa näkymä pohjoiseen. Tuvassa on pieni keittiönurkkaus, joka mahdollistaa helpohkon ruoan laittamisen. Tupaan tuodaan vesi päärakennuksesta. Tuvan parisänky on tämän tuvan sydän, johon on mukava kellahtaa lepäämään. Tuvan ulkopuolella on kuivikekäymälä. Tämä kohde on kokonaisuus erilaisia tapoja nauttia rosterisesta tunnelmasta maalla ja luonnossa.

Tunnelmallinen ja hiljainen vierasmökki rauhallisella alueella lähellä Rovaniemen keskustaa. Kohteessa on oma sisäänkäynti, pieni keittotila, tupa ja oma sauna. Mökki soveltuu hyvin pariskunnille ja perheille. Tuvassa on parisänky ja levitettävä vuodesohva. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ruoan valmistamiseen mökissä. Kylpyhuone on remontoitu keväällä 2025. Takkaa saa käyttää vain majoittajan erillisellä luvalla. Tupakointi sisätiloissa kielletty. Ei lemmikkejä.

Welcome to stay on our local reindeer farm. The ensuite guesthouse is located in our courtyard by the beautiful (Raudanjoki) riverbank. Forrest starts just outside the premises so leave the noise and lights of the city behind and come to enjoy the peace and quiet. Some of our reindeers live by the courtyard, we have winter walking track nearby forest and a perfect location for spotting the northern lights.
