What makes my guesthouse special is it's position, at the foot of the Rozafa castle, near the lake and close to nature. A lot of space around the house,terrace to sunbath,hill that men can climb and enjoy the wonderful view of the city from our property, spaces to picnic,enjoy the nature and relax listening to the birds.With bikes you can explore the surrounding such as Buna brigde,Shiroka village,Shkodra lake that offers wonderful views.The closest place to visit is Rozafa castle..

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The lake house provides an opportunity to disconnect from the everyday busy world and be one with nature. Whether you enjoy hiking, swimming, or fresh farm fruits there are opportunities for everyone to let go and be present. Full kitchen and outdoor wood oven available for you to cook delicious meals. The house is in a remote village but the closest town Ulez is only 10 min drive away & large city Lac 30 min drive away.

Holiday home

The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

The house is a century old stone house built by my grandfather, and has since been carefully renovated to preserve its local authenticity. The location is also very favorable by being just a 5 minute walk away from the Old Bazaar, 13 min walk from the castle of Kruje and a 15 min drive to Sari Salltik.
