This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. The villa and the gardens are completely closed and private so you can enjoy complete privacy. Far from the crowd, but close. The large heated pool with massage is created for enjoyment. There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.
