In all, the property is centrally located for any Ruidoso attractions such as golfing, skiing, mountain biking, etc.. In addition, its centrally located and very easy to access- its very close to midtown, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery stores, gyms and ski shops.

Our front deck has a 2 person porch swing where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. As frequent Airbnb guests we feel we have provided a great place for you to stay.

We are conveniently located about halfway between downtown Ruidoso and Ski Run Rd. which takes you to Ski Apache. Elevation is 7000 ft, so it's a bit cooler here than down in the village. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long work week or for an extended stay. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
