The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Sits on the edge of a cow pasture where cows moo(DO NOT FEED, they’re large and can hurt you, NOT RESPONSIBLE for people who have messed with cows.) Also has a pond with ducks that quack. (SMOKE FREE PROPERTY)This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. Not too far to FIFA WC matches (2:15 to AT&T and 3:00 to NRG).

Along with relaxing with nature and enjoying the family farm of goats, chickens and our donkey Biscuit.

Guesthouse

Cozy little guesthouse in the heart of the Pineywoods. Close to the Footbridge, and Texas State Railroad. Its in town but it doesnt feel like it. It has a bathroom with a shower. It has Plates, cups, mugs, and wine glasses. A Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. One queen bed and a twin daybed. Extra bedding and towels provided along with a heater and ac unit. The queen bed is soft and very comfortable.
