Lots of opportunities to see the rolling hills and soothing waterways of Kentucky. A little over 1,800 square feet with 2 bedrooms, large open living/dining/kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower, half bath with laundry, game room, closet space, and a POOL!

We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

Our cabin is a cozy place to relax and enjoy with the whole family. It is centrally located in Monticello, Ky. There is 2 parking areas to accommodate guest and boat parking. We are 5 minutes from Walmart and Black Stallion Steakhouse. Conley Bottom and Beaver Creek Resort is within 15 minutes. Nearby are multiple docks for fishing. We have an outdoor grill and picnic table with privacy fence. Marina Rowena is 28 minutes away. As well as Safe Harbor Marina is 25 minutes from here.

There is a camper pad with septic and 30 AMP electric hook-up. Also a large gravel driveway where you can park your boat and toys.

The Cottage on Town Square is centrally located to everything you'll need on your stay in Jamestown. The cottage is located just 3 miles from the Safeharbor Jamestown Marina. The layout of our "cottage" is a studio master (King Bed) with a separate bunk room (top and bottom twins) and full bath. You will have you're own private parking in the back and there's plenty of room for your boat as well.
