Come relax in our beautiful riverfront home conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Warren. We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky.

This spacious home offers a peaceful getaway on the outskirts of town with a birds eye view of the Allegheny River. You will find easy access to many water activities and just a stone throw away is a public boat launch and dock. Allowing you and other guests to take a quiet stroll to see the white swans along the river. The home is only a short drive to the heart of the city and Allegheny National Forest where you can find outdoor activities and trails as well as many delicious restaurants.

Moments away from adventures nearby including the Kinzua Dam where the Alleghany River is poured from. Lovely 1250 square foot second-floor two bedroom loft in Lovely downtown Warren, PA. The living space furnished with mid-century furniture made locally in Jamestown, NY has high ceilings and large windows around the main rooms. Comfortable and fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, High-Speed Internet/wifi, living and dining area, desk, and large walk-in closet. Washer and dryer in the unit. Welcome to our Creekside Cottage! I have called this place home for most of my life, playing in the back yard, waving at the steady stream of kayakers or going creeking and exploring the islands. Nowadays, I still adventure out with my kids but you'll also find me kicking back and enjoying the sights from the big picture window or out on the back deck watching the sunset.
