The home is in a great location, nested right at the trailhead of the Purple Martin Greenway, yet right off 221 and just minutes from downtown. Walk out of the front door and simply meander, or follow the trail all the way to downtown. The Equestrian Center is just a short drive, and Lake Lure is not far away. Large parking area outside the house - will accommodate an RV, trailer or multiple vehicles.

This is a new custom built log home. It has a wonderful Lodge feel with a hint of the West and South West. It has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new mattresses, a wonderful living room, with an electric fireplace and flat screen tv with Dish. The basement has a great living room area, and lots of things to do....Foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey, etc. PLEASE, NO PETS. A violation fee will apply for non compliance.

Located on a quiet road in a private subdivision. All the comforts' of home.The apartment is a basement apartment with its own ground floor entrance. Plenty of parking in front of the entrance to apartment. Clean, warm, comfortable and newly renovated. My husband and I are located upstairs.
