Perfect for traveling Nurses, Contractors etc. 10-15 min access to St. Thomas Rutherford and Stonecrest Hospitals; 30 min from Vanderbilt, Baptist, and Centennial Hospitals. Mini-kitchen- microwave, electric skillet, air fryer, toaster oven available. Queen bed and sofa.

Our 2nd floor apartment is a detached 600sq.ft living space over a 2 car garage. We built this apartment by ourselves in 2012. This space is not lived in by us. We have designated its use only for guests. This is a small space but has everything you need to have a great stay. We live on site in our home . Apartment is located only 3mi from I24. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.

This is a nice little studio apartment that is furnished with everything you need for a weekend stay or for months. fully equipped kitchen except an oven in which there is a multifunctional countertop airfryer/oven in its place. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and queen sized bed. The owner lives on the property in case there are any issues. This is a self contained private unit.

It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
