Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Dobrodošli u studio apartman Pisino. Nalazimo se u samoj povijesnoj jezgri grada Pazina uz srednjovjekovni Pazinski kaštel, a s prozora odmah vidite spust zip linea preko pazinske jame. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. The " Lazzarini- Battiala" palace is a part of the baroque country-side castle built in 1797. in a peaceful place Martinski, only 10 min away from Labin and 15 min away from beautiful beaches. The palace is protected by the Republic of Croatia-Ministry of culture, so this was respected during the restoration - all the rooms and interior were left as they were.
