Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, *decorated at Christmas time, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located on the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, swimming, walking, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Entire seafront house overlooking Westbrook Bay, Margate, an award winning beach. This character house built in 1923 has sea views from all bedrooms and principle rooms. There is an eat in kitchen and separate dining and living rooms. There is a wraparound private garden with lawn, fenced ponds and a brick bbq. The house is ideal for families or adult sharers, with 4 large bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom/WC and a shower room/WC, whilst downstairs there is a WC and further shower.

The house is located just 300m from the beach and has great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness is a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses with the Pilot restaurant nearby. The Happy Dolphin is a Grade 2 Georgian Regency house, with uninterrupted panoramic views across two huge sandy beaches - Margate Bay and Westbrook Bay, with its meadow walks above. The promenade, endless golden sands, Sea Scrub Sauna, row of funky beach bars, and the Shakespeare Pub are all 2 minutes’ walk away. The promenade leads you around to the Turner Contemporary, the Harbour Arm and Old Town, all a 10 minutes walk, with beach, book and vintage shops and bars and restaurants en route.

Situated right on the beach in Seasalter, this property is ideal for those who love walking, bird-watching, reading, painting or just chilling on the large deck with a glass of wine admiring the glorious sunsets. A 15 minute walk takes you to the popular Sportsman restaurant. The house is a 10 minute drive or 40 minute beach walk to Whitstable with its delightful Harbour Street boutiques and many restaurants. Canterbury is 20 minutes by car with its famous Cathedral & Marlowe Theatre

Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere

Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

Dunes View is our lovely 4 bedroom Beach House, enjoying glorious, uninterrupted sea views from the living area and balcony and direct beach access. Perfect for families with kids, and anyone who loves fresh air, beach sports and Hot Tubs! Please note there is a £60 per stay cost to use the hot tub - this will be added to your bill after booking once we have received confirmation you wish to use this facility.

A family friendly beach side property with 'bucket loads' of space inside & out. Perfectly suited for 3 generations of a family or two families staying together in the house. Professionally cleaned for each stay. Its a 5 minute romp to the beach over the magnificent Camber sand dunes and a moments walk to a wonderful coffee shop by day, bar by night venue, fish & chip shop or the curry restaurant.
