My house is in 15th arrondissement of Paris, one of the most safe arrondissements, and just 30 seconds away from a subway gate. 10th floor of a apartment where you can see Tower Eiffel. A room in my apartment for 3-man family will be rented out for you. The room is 9m², good for a solo traveler. Subway Line 8 passes many tourist attractions in Paris, including École Militaire Station for Tower Eiffel, Opera, Republique, and Bastille. Check in : after 14h, just Sunday after 17h.

Lovely room for two in a very calm street of Paris, very well located, near the Eiffel Tower (25-minute walk or 17-minute metro ride), in a freshly renovated apartment and a typical "Haussmannian" parisian building. Near two metro lines (8 and 12) that will take you everywhere around Paris. Come live as a real Parisian in a typical Parisian building ! The apartment was fully renovated in 2016. It is modern, bright, quiet and well located in a nice district of Paris, safe and lively. It is near two metro lines (8 and 12) that will take you everywhere around Paris. View on a park from the bedroom (trees, greenery, clear view) In a "Hausmannian" style building, typically parisian, very safe : - 2 doors with code - concierge - wood floor, ceiling and wall molding, fireplace Hotel like amenities : - queen size bed : 160 x 200 cm - high quality duvet and pillows - white bed linen - white bathrobes and towels - TV - adaptor - set of keys - toiletries : shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body milk - hairdryer - breakfast included : tea, coffee, orange juice, brioche, homemade raspberry jam

The neighborhood is quiet, with several facilities just around the corner : supermarket (Monoprix), restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, post office, gym, flower shops, ATM... Also very close to my place is the street "Vaugirard", which is one of the main shopping areas of the district (clothing, shoes, beauty, etc...) A very enjoyable park adjoins the apartment which is also very well located : close to the "Porte de Versailles", to the Montparnasse train station, to the Orly airport and to two metro lines (8 and 12) that will take you all around Paris. The neighborhood is very safe and there is absolutely no problem walking around even late at night and even for a woman alone ; it is one of the "bourgeois" districts of the capital. Do not miss the restaurants "L'accolade" and "Le beurre noisette" only a few minutes from the apartment ! Amazing, fresh and creative French cuisine !

The studio is ideal for a couple or single person looking for a well-connected convenient place to visit Paris. 15 minutes by metro to the center of the city. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood,near the famous Catacombs of Paris.The price includes all utilitys (electricity, fast internet, towels, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen corner and TV ).6 floor (without elevator).Shower inside but the WC is outside the studio(you have to share it with the others habitants of the floor)

The studio is located 5 minutes walking distance from Plaisance station on the line 13, 10 minutes walking distance from Alesia station on the line 4, Is near the Montsouris Park, which is a great spot for running, biking and picnicking

Two people would be comfortable in the apartment :). Do you have Internet access? Yes. There is both LAN and WiFi Access. It is very fast. Is this a secure building? It is a very safe building. First of all it is a very safe neighborhood. The street door requires a code to get in. and the building door does too. There is also a metallic curtain in front of the windows for extra safety if you feel like you need it ;). What time do we have to check in and check out? Whenever you want, I am very flexible and always looking to accomodate my guests to the best of my ability. The only restriction to this, is if guests before/after you have arrive at the required hour... then you have to leave at "your" normal check-out hour so that the cleaning staff can do their job and make the place perfect again for the next guest. Are you close to pubic transportation? Very close! You have a metro station less than 3 mins away walking. Cambronne and Volontaire is very close (5 minutes walk). Is there grocery shopping/ cafés near your place? There is everything you can dream of nearby. There are heaps of Cafés and restaurants nearby, including my personal favorite for morning coffees and afternoon teas: "Le Général Beuret", just down the street from the apartment, they will change your fears of "bad french service". Is there anything we should know about your place? It's very comfy, very well designed, equipped with state-of-the-art everything, as well as actual Art ;). Hangulatos kis lakás, tökéletes két fő részére. Jó hely azok számára, akik nem töltenek sok időt a szobában. Jó helyen van, hogy meglátogassa az Eifel-tornyot, stb. Metróval is eljuthatunk, de úgy döntöttünk, hogy mindenütt gyalog megyünk. 3 napra körülbelül 70 km-t tettünk, és meglátogattuk a Luvre-t, az Eifel-tornyot, a Luxemburg-kerteket (néhány más kertet), Roden-múzeumot (csak Versales és Montmartre buszokkal és metróval). Az összes belépőjegyet előzetesen átadtuk a vonalvezetéshez, így Romy stúdióhelye miatt hatékonyan tudtunk Párizsban sétálni. Kösz!

Very beautiful, brand new apartment. Located in a lovely courtyard with friendly neighbours. About 60 square meters, two bedrooms, ideal for couples, business travelers, wanderers, friends... I'm a record producer and have a studio inside my house so I work here. I would say the place isn't appropriate for older people. Close by are restaurants, supermarkets, parcs, stores, and pretty much anything you'd find in any big city :)

Very calm, beautiful sort of villagey neighbourhood. With the metro line 8 you can be by the Eiffel Tower in 5mins, or in the center of Paris in 10 (Louvre, Marais, Bastille, Concorde...)

Ant szállása jó összeköttetésben van (metróval és viszonylag közel a turisztikai területekhez. Ha gyalog szeretne járni, nincs probléma (idő 20 és 30 perc között). A hangya nagyon figyelmes és jó ajánlásokat fogalmaz meg. Általában a szállás azóta, hogy éjszaka dolgozol. A zuhany a hálószobában van, de a használata nem jelent problémát (a zuhany és a fürdőszoba külön helyezkedik el). A Delphine egy igazán szép lakás tökéletes helyszínen, hogy látogassa meg Párizs főbb turisztikai helyeit. Szintén közel van a metróhoz, ha szükséges. Két szupermarket és egy pékség található öt perces sétával. A lakást nemrégiben felújították, az összes bútor új, a fürdőszoba erős és meleg vízzel. je loue cet appartement de 30m2 que je viens de refaire a neuf. idéal pour les couples, le studio possède une salle de bain avec baignoire, des toilettes séparés ainsi qu'une cuisine équipée. la pièce principale contient un lit double et un matelas pour une éventuelle 3eme personne. spacieux et confortable, le studio est avant tout tres calme, puisque donnant sur cour, dans une residence calme ,elle meme situé dans un quartier calme. concernant les transports, vous serez a 2 minutes a pied de la ligne 12 qui traverse paris du nord au sud. et du tramway( pratique pour rejoindre le rer afin d'aller a l'aeroport roissy) . il faut compter 10 minutes de metro pour etre dans le centre de paris. en outre plusieurs station velib se trouvent dans la rue. J'espere que vous passerez un tres agreable sejour a paris. I rent this studio which is ideal for a couple or three people. Le logement mesure 28 M2 , il possède un lit king size très confortable une grande TV Sony un grand placard pour ranger vos vêtements, une cuisinette et une salle de bain avec une baignoire et un wc. Il a une vue sur des petits jardins. Vraiment idéal et calme.

Le quartier est touristique il y a des restaurants des cafés boulangeries et supermarché etc etc

A szoba nagyon jól karbantartott, és minden szükséges segédprogrammal rendelkezett. Nagyszerű élmény volt itt maradni. A reggeli jó volt, és közel volt a metróállomáshoz (kb. 300 méter). Összességében jó hely maradni :)

Fantasztikus érték egy ilyen szép szálloda számára. Egy rövid utat tettünk meg Londonból, és szerettük a tartózkodást. Könnyen megközelíthető a párizsi metróállomáson, és az állomás közelében található. Szép csendes környéken, rengeteg kényelemmel. A svédasztalos reggeli kellemes volt. Nem ajánlott többet.

A szálloda nagyon jól helyezkedik el a Paris Expo Porte de Versailles-i rendezvényre. A reggeli nagyszerű volt, mint a személyzet! Nagyszerű tartózkodásunk volt!

A svédasztalos reggeli nagyszerű volt. Nem található, közel a metróállomáshoz, és a központi pályaudvarra és a főbb város látványosságaihoz kellett kapcsolódnia. A szobák kényelmesek és tisztaak voltak.

My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Beautiful room in a Haussmann-style apartment. The owner (who is an architect) lives there occasionally with one of his sons who studies aux Beaux-Arts. Relaxing and family-oriented atmosphere.

2 metro lines, 2 streetcar lines, Parc des Expositions, Palais des Sports.

Hangulatos szoba, egy gyönyörű lakás. Nagyon közel a metró Porte de Versailles. Találkoztunk Olivier nagyon rövid ideig, de ő egyértelműen egy nagyon kedves ember, megszokták, hogy a vendégek. Fia, barátságos és hasznos is.
