Up on a hill on the Westside of Albuquerque our house faces the Sandia mountains for the sunrise and overlooks the Albuquerque city lights at night. Pat Hurley park is a 4 minute walk from the house. We are 1 mile off of the Coors Rd exit from I-40, between historical route 66 and I-40. Old Town Albuquerque is 2 miles away, which is close to the Albuquerque Bio Park, Zoo, and Rio Grande River. Downtown is 4 miles away. Many local restaurants in our area and 66 bus runs on Central 6am-late night.
This is a simple, private room with a queen, pillow top, memory foam mattress. As you enter the house, the hallway is on your left and the bedroom will be the second door on the right next to the bathroom. There is a smart T.V. and Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the house. Pat Hurley Park is just down the street with a scenic view of the entire city. Two other rooms are available!
2 blocks from Pat Hurley Park with sencic view of Albuquerque. Mostly a quiet neighborhood street. You may park on the street in front of the house if there is no parking available on the gravel in the front yard. Recommended to bring valuables with you into the house.

SuperhostSpacious, bright and fun spot 10 mins away from the airport. Short walk to Downtown,Old town,River Trails and the Zoo. The outdoor living area, filled with fruit trees, fresh herbs and flowers, is an amazingly quiet and relaxing place to be . Recently remodeled everything is brand new including the most amazing bed ever!! The decor is a collection of local artists work as well as my own surrounded by comfortable fabrics, fluffy pillows,comfortable furniture and a great book and dvd collection.
Eclectic bohemian vibe, filled with lots of art and natural light. Very comfortable space with a most amazing bed and shower !

This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
The studio is in the back of the main house, which is also available through Air BnB! The studio and main house are separated by a locked door. The pictures show all of the amenities and furnishings of the space. If you don’t see something that you might need, just ask and we’ll see what we can do.
Downtown Albuquerque and Old Town are vibrant neighborhoods, both offering many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and opportunities for shopping. Route 66 is close (it's our Central Ave) and a 10-minute drive to I-40. The neighborhood itself, however, is tucked away keeping the noise volume at a pretty consistent low.

Built in 1914, it still has its original hardwood floors, carpentry, hardware, and adobe. This home has a perfect location with its proximity to many restaurants, cafes, breweries, and entertainment venues in the heart of the city. Pet friendly and baby friendly.
The home has also been newly furnished, with brand new beds, matresses, and couches and newer appliances. Washer and dryer are in the home and there is free off-street covered parking space on the property. The home also has its original fireplace in the living room and host will furnish guest with a complimentary bundle of firewood. There is also an outdoor patio with outdoor furniture and grill.
The home is located in the historically-protected 4th Ward neighborhood. This neighborhood largely dates to the turn of the 20th Century and has a very eclectic mix of styles of homes ranging from bungalows to adobes to stone mansions. The neighborhood is shady and quiet. The home is also right by the charming Mary Fox Park, which is ideal for a stroll or picnic. Central Avenue (Route 66) is just a couple of blocks away, and the Interstate is about a five minute drive from the home for easy access to the entire city.

SuperhostLarge Victorian style house centrally located within minutes of the Railyard Markets, downtown, the University area, Nob Hill, Old Town, and the Bosque. We're very close to bus routes and are a 5 min drive to the airport. The room has a private secure entrance, shared bathroom directly across the hall, secured parking and yard with common sitting area, and is down the hallway from the kitchen. Small pets are welcome, we own a small friendly dog and a very fat cat.
The guest room has a private entrance accessible from both the front and rear of the house. Guests will have wifi, a smart tv with Netflix access, as well as a coffee station and microwave in their private room. Towels, basic toiletries and an extra warm blanket are also provided. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is a laptop in the room as well, it's old but gets the job done if needed.
The house is occupied by an artistic family and decorated with a lot of unique artwork and collectibles, including some taxidermy. These are mostly all located in the owner's half of the house, but we mention it out of respect for those who might find such objects questionable or offensive.
We are nestled right in the heart of the city, minutes from several attractions including downtown, the Zoo and Biopark, the Nob Hill shopping area, and many diverse bar and restaurant choices.

On Saturdays (May-November) the park across the street comes to life. The Downtown Grower's Market is a local gem filled with fresh fruits/vegetables, tasty treats, and local artisan crafts.
Just as with the downtown area of most major cities, Albuquerque's Downtown has a large population of eccentric, transient, and homeless people. This is something for you to be aware of but not alarmed by. I live in this neighborhood and feel comfortable walking alone or with my young children, though I do pay careful attention to my surroundings just as I would anywhere.

The kasita is completely separate from the main house giving total privacy and is perfect for the late night check ins. No stairs and no long walks to your car. Clean, clean, clean! I clean as if I were staying the night!....and I'm picky! For those of you who are sensitive to detergents....I bleach my whites, use tide and Clorox wipes for all surfaces after every guest!
My grandmother bought this home in the 1960s and it sits in a unique family oriented neighborhood. We call this the best kept "secret street"...families of many generations still live here. The front home is slowly being renovated, so pardon the appearance. The detached kasita was originally a man cave turned studio and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Window a/c unit. Sleeps 1 comfortably but can sleep 2 (ideal for couples). There are 2 different growers markets close by on weekend mornings during the warmer months. Several breweries in the area. The tiny house is walking distance to the historic Barelas Coffee house, The Rail Yards, Zoo.
My neighborhood represents the heart of Albuquerque once the main rail yard neighborhood, I am a 3 min Uber ride or 10 min bike ride from the main transportation hub, and the rail runner when I feel like taking a train ride up north to Santa Fe. I am a short Uber/biking distance from some of the best breweries in town. I am also 1 mile from downtown/ Convention Center. Small city and advise people to not walk alone in the evening no matter what area.

Our casita is a small, relaxing haven minutes from everything Albuquerque has to offer. We’re walking distance to food, shopping, and the Park-n-Ride for State Fair and Balloon Fiesta! Its private, and has almost everything a traveler might need while still being minimalist and uncluttered. Its bright and clean, ready to make your stay unforgettable.
The casita is a stand alone building behind the main house of the property. While we share wifi, everything else is private for guests- it even has its own full size water heater! It includes one small bedroom, with a queen size bed and a closet (but not a lot of space otherwise). What the bedroom lacks in size is made up for in the larger living area, which has a futon for extra guests. The full bathroom comes equipped with everything you may need. The kitchen and dining room are ready for you to use, with everything you need to cook, reheat, or relax with. The table offers a nice quiet place to work when need be.
Outside, there is a private gated drive way for guests to use: its a manual gate, so guests will have to open and close it themselves each time they come and go, but the added safety is there for any guests who wants it! There is also ample free street parking just outside the gate. There is a shared patio and lawn area, which we encourage guests to enjoy with us at any time!
Our casita is centrally located to everything in Albuquerque. Its walking distance to Uptown, Coronado Mall, Winrock Center, and everything they have to offer. Less than 5 minutes to the interstate, and from there its less than half an hour to all the major attractions! We’re off the beaten path a little, on a street that allows no-through access. Our street is quiet and friendly. The next door neighbor does have dogs that can get a little loud at times- but they go inside at night, so they shouldn’t interrupt any sleep patterns.

We are just 4 minutes away from interstate 25 and 40 in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
The room is attached to our home, however it has a private entrance. this room has AIR CONDITIONING, the shared bathroom is centrally located in the house.
It has a tall ceiling with a loft, 3 sky lights and a potbelly stove. A coffee maker and little fridge are provided.
There are some steps up and down.
There are 2 queen size beds; one on the loft. You need to use a ladder to get to it. We can add a play pen (pack and play) to the room.
Pets allowed but check in first to see if it works for other guests. some have allergies.
we share the kitchen and bathroom with you.
The house doesn't have AC just a swamp cooler. There are young children in the house.

We’re also about a 15 minute drive to the airport as well as 5-10 minutes away from interstate 25, and 40.
Our casita is fully equipped and will provide comfort and privacy for you during your stay. All new construction with thought and efficiency in mind. Come relax in your home away from home. Walk to Old Town and take in over 400 years of history. Albuquerque Museum of Art, New Mexico Bio Park, Explora, and natural history museums are close by. Great choices in restaurants and shops are nearby and access to freeway is within five minutes. Our neighborhood lies within the historical Forrester/8th St. District with its charming turn of the century Queen Anne and bungalow houses and were voted best neighborhood by the Albuquerque Alibi. We love our neighborhood and everyone in it! Come and be a part of it.

We are also part of the "LYFT" community of providing fun and affordable rides around town at very affordable rates. We are close to the airport, and Bus transit, and bike trails are close by. "Routes" bike rentals is also available a few blocks away if renting is your wish. Plenty of free parking is available on our street, and we typically allow our guest to park in our driveway.

We have a $15.00 cleaning fee for pets. We love pets and are happy to have them, but an extra fee is necessary to insure that a thorough cleaning is performed for guests following who may have animal allergies.
We also offer a $10.00 per hour early check-in, or late check-out fee. (3 hr. Maximum in most cases).

My house is clean, located in a gated community (safe) and 3 min drive to UNM. Three groceries are located on the way to UNM. I have three jobs. I can show you JPN cultures, including origami, Japanese tea ceremony, and JPN armor.
1. 15 min drive from the International Airport in ABQ.
2. Very safe environments in a gated community.
3. Easy access to I-40, I-25, groceries, restaurants and a bus stop.
4. The host is friendly, flexible, and has experience for over 14 year- rental business.
Water filter is available for drinking, which removes 99.8% toxic heavy metals. I can give you an origami crane if you do a good job at my house. The origami crane can fly! Believe me.

This cute studio (no kitchen) is a 13 minute drive to casino, AIRPORT, restaurants, and Isleta Amphitheater. You’ll love our place because of it's coziness. This studio sits on our property next to our main house. The yard and drive way is spacious enough for a large trailer or moving truck. We are on the outskirts of town, so there is nothing within walking distance. NO PETS allowed in the studio - sorry.
***No pets please. We have a lot of guests with allergies and we want to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay.
There is a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and desk in the studio. Movies and streaming shows can be watched through Roku stick. The TV also has local channels. There is one roll away bed for a third person.
There is no central heating and air conditioning. For heat, there is a gas wall heater which keeps the room toasty. For cold air, we have a window air conditioning unit that will keep things cool.
We are at the south end of town, close to the airport, amphitheater and Isleta Casino. Our neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path.

It has been remodeled recently and looks very nice but it has a few quarks expected of an old building. The space features a small private yard. Though very close to downtown the area is remarkably quiet at night but can be a little busy during the day.
The apartment is only 7-10 blocks away from bars and restaurants located off Central Ave. It’s a short distance to Old Town and just 3 blocks from the city Zoo. If you are into bike rides or walks this space is .6 miles away from the city's main trail system along the Rio Grande river. We are proud to offer Pace bike rental services on the property (separate fees apply). You can down load the Pace bike app which allows you to pay for your bike rental right from your phone.

SuperhostBright, comfortable space filled with natural light and lots of space inside and out. Local artist's work and crafts are through out the property as well as local coffee and beer growlers for all local breweries downtown ,provided for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walking distance to popular restaurants and nightlife (Bio Park, Zoo, Old Town, Downtown). Hiking and bike trails near the river. Also a wonderful farmers market every Saturday morning.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Albuquerque, this nicely accommodated apartment is within walking distance of Albuquerque's night life, the city zoo and steps away from a local baker, and the infamous "Java Joes" just a five minute walk away. Its 10 minutes from the airport. The master bed is a super comfy memory foam mattress and a pull out couch in the living room. There is also a bonus room with an additional couch, tv and desk. Come and have a memorable visit to our fine city.

This apartment is part of a four-plex that was built in 1926 to support the rail workers.
It has been remodeled recently and looks very nice but it has a few quarks expected of an old building. The space features a small private yard. Though very close to downtown the area is remarkably quiet at night but can be a little busy during the day.
The apartment is only 7-10 blocks away from bars and restaurants located off Central Ave. It’s a short distance to Old Town and just 3 blocks from the city Zoo. If you are into bike rides or walks this space is .6 miles away from the city's main trail system along the Rio Grande river. We are proud to offer Pace bike rental services on the property (separate fees apply). You can down load the Pace bike app which allows you to pay for your bike rental right from your phone.
Free parking is available on the street directly adjacent to the building, the city buses are available off Central ave ( 4 blocks north) Uber and Lyft are also available

I lived in this neighborhood for about a year and a half. What I love most about this area is it's close proximity to restaurants and local breweries in the downtown area. At the same time I love how peaceful it is and how many friendly people you see out walking at various times in the day.

SuperhostThis casita is private and comfortable, just minutes from central Albuquerque and walks along the Rio Grand. In an old New Mexico neighborhood, for a unique experience in small home living with every thing you need and nice hosts to boot.
Our home and casita are located south of Downtown Albuquerque, bordered by the Rio Grande and historic Route 66.
Centrally located just 12 minutes from downtown, 14 minutes to the Sunport Airport, 15 minutes to UNM and the Nob Hill districts, 10 minutes to the Rail Runner to Santa Fe and freeway access and 9 minutes to BioPark Aquarium and the Zoo.
We built our casita 3 years ago as an experiment in Small Home Living. We lived comfortably here for a year with kitchen, full bath, bedroom, sitting/dining room and a secluded outdoor living space.( and we're still happily married!)
The kitchen is set up for light cooking with a refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave and coffee maker. Some necessities are stocked as well, with grocery stores near by.
The bedroom has a double bed with feather comforter and blankets, your choice of pillows and crisp new sheets.
The bath features shower, toilet and lav sink.
Newly installed hot water heater assures guests a generous shower on demand. Remember tho that Albuquerque is experiencing a prolonged drought so conservation is always important.
There is secure off street parking in a fenced yard for your privacy and your pets pleasure. Of course, pets should be contained if left unattended.
River paths just blocks away. Albuquerque is a great bike town with miles of dedicated bike paths and lanes (maps available).
There Is TV with local reception, DVD and DSL wifi provided as well as a great music system, iPhone/iPod compatible.
We can help you discover and enjoy the area or leave you comfortably alone to explore on your own.

SuperhostWe are situated in a safe and peaceful neighborhood on the northwest side of Albuquerque. We are ten minutes from Paseo Del Norte with access to the I25/I40 and historic downtown. We have beautiful views of the Sandia Mountains to the east. and the Petroglyphs to the west. The neighborhood is very convenient, with shops and restaurants close by, as well as hairdressers and nail salons, supermarkets and gas stations.
My home is single storey, modern, clean, warm and well maintained. The bedroom is very comfortable, with a spacious closet and dresser. There is a fully stocked private bath. There is parking on the drive and you will have your own entry code to the house.
I live in a residential area, but there are some nice walking trails nearby and if you are into shopping, there's plenty of those! . We are not too far from the Tram that takes you up to the mountains, with its beautiful views across the whole city. I have brochures of various local attractions you can browse.
