This cozy cottage is on Baseline Lake on the Portage Chain of Lakes. The view is amazing and peaceful. The cottage is listed as a two bedroom but one is really just an extra queen size sleeping place in the laundry room which is quite nice. Guided boat or kayak tours, water skiing, wake boarding, tubing and fishing charters are available on request with our Captain for an additional fee.

We are so close to the City but so far away! The lakeview is amazing and there are so many places to walk and enjoy the mature trees and nature. The house is small but super cozy with a wonderful Michigan cottage feel.

It is only about 15 minutes walk to the Big House so this is a great place to stay weather you are in town for a job/school interview at the medical school or central campus, visiting someone at the UofM hospital, or for a big football game or just want to enjoy the best of what Ann Arbor to offer for a weekend.

This is a two story, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathroom house located right in the heart of the University of Michigan campus. Four of the bedrooms are designated to host Airbnb guests and the other two are rented out by quiet but very friendly University of Michigan students. There parking space in the back of the house for 6 cars as well as a charcoal frill that Airbnb guests are welcome to use. The first floor has a living room, dining room, full bath, and kitchen and two of the Airbnb bedrooms (room #1 and #2). The other four bedrooms are located on the second floor with another full bathroom. There is a free washer and dryer in the basement that guests are also welcome to use.

There is plenty of free safe parking on the street in front of my home. You will have Wifi, washer and dryer, and a living room with a fire fireplace, as well as the kitchen. Private backyard with patio, gas grill, hammock, adjacent to lovely Eberwhite Woods. In the morning, I offer homemade granola and yogurt, plus coffee or tea. Stay in our recently renovated, 1200 sq ft apartment. The apartment is located in Burns Park, a few minute drive to downtown. Enjoy a cozy living room with 40 inch smart TV and fully-equipped kitchen. Sleep comfortably on a new high-end queen mattress and bed.

Make yourself at home! This almost 100-year-old house is located 2 miles from downtown Ann Arbor and U-M Central Campus and only 1.5 miles (30 min walk) from the Michigan Stadium and Crisler Center. The room is small and cozy with a medium-firm queen bed, light-cancelling shades, and closet. It's perfect for a single guest and okay for a couple. You're welcome to make use of all common spaces and facilities. I have two very friendly cats and a small, shy dog (see photos for cuteness overload).

This is the old-school - make yourself at home - style of airbnb. The guest room is definitely small, but very cozy, with snacks and coffee provided. The shared bathroom has a clawfoot tub. I provide towels, shampoo, and other small toiletries, if needed. Lucky's grocery store and CVS is .5 miles away. Roos Roast (best coffee in town) is even closer. Exactly 1.5 miles to Michigan Stadium and Crisler Center. In the summer, the full perennial garden in the front yard is beautiful and the big back yard is lush. The house is slowly being updated, and I am always open to new ideas for the place. :-) You will get to know my two friendly and curious giant-type cats, a timid but sweet small dog who is getting to know her new home, and books galore. There is a bus stop 3 blocks away that will take you to the heart of downtown Ann Arbor (Route 5). Car services (Uber, Lyft) will pick you up within 10 minutes. Plenty of street parking in front of the house. The window for checking in is between 3pm (flexible with notice) and 11pm (FIRM).

Quiet neighborhood that feels surprisingly like the country despite being only 2 miles from downtown.

This is a whole unit of apartment with a bedroom, a large living room (with a writing desk and a dining table),a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and is in front of a forest, so it is very quiet. The living room has a large French window. You can enjoy the beautiful view of forest, watch squirrels jumping along branches and the sunsets when you are doing your paper works at the desk. 10 minutes walk to north campus and 25 minutes to reach central campus.

My place is two blocks from public transportation. You’ll love my place because of the location, which is just two miles from downtown and three miles from Michigan Stadium. The neighborhood is quiet but accessible to I-94 and M-14. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers.
