Our house has two beautiful courtyards and a terrace which are perfect for sunny days.

Each of the 6 rooms has its own bathroom and can be as private as you'd like it to be. Our two beautiful communal courtyards are just perfect for sunny afternoons and we also have a gorgeous terrace that wraps around the home where you can enjoy great views of the volcanos.
The very front of the house is a storefront that is open to the public. We have Cafe Stela and the Stela 9 boutique in the front courtyard. Hours are 8 am-5 pm every day.
Our house is just a short walk from the very center of town. It's a very safe neighborhood. We are almost directly opposite hotel Santo Domingo which is a famous 5* hotel in Antigua, which also has a very good restaurant inside that you can visit anytime.
One of the most popular bars in town cafe No Se' which has live music almost every night is just a 5-minute walk down the street. There are a number of great restaurants also within a 5-minute walking distance from our front door!

Our family home is in a nice local neighborhood only 5 minutes from the La Mereced Church and 7 minutes from the famous arch.
You will enjoy your stay with us. Our neighborhood is Colonia El Manchen. A lot of visitors stay in our neighborhood when visiting Anitgua because it is safe, quiet, and near the major attractions.
In order to get to my home, you can walk north up 6a Avenida Norte. It will be the first right after you pass the I.G.S.S Panchoy Hospital. Google maps has the IGSS in the wrong place, you must search for IGSS Panchoy. Take the second right. This is a short no through road. Just before the end there is a big stone wall and on the left hand side there is a set of stone stairs, follow this up and continue up 3.5 flights of stairs and it is in the corridor just before the small convenience store. If you need any help finding the house, ask anyone for El Colonial El Manchen Number 87a Ana Maria, and please dont hesitate to call for help finding my house.
Guests recieve a private bedroom with their own bathroom.
Very close to Central Park. It is a short walking distance away from all of your necessities. My home is located at the top of 6 Avenue North.

Great shared apartment for the travelers or volunteers on a budget. Wonderful for people who want to meet interesting individuals from all over the planet, but don't want to stay at a 30 person hostel! Apartment is only five blocks from Central Park.. which is about a ten minute walk. (Apt is located near to Hotel Casa Santa Domingo)
Utilities, trash service and wifi are all included. Cleaning service is provided everyday. Rooms are furnished with full bed, desk and chair, mirror, and dresser/hanging rack for clothes.
Kitchen has full-size stove and full sized Fridge. Kitchen is also equipped with an Eco Filter for drinking water. Both showers electric heaters.

Casa Janis Argento è una costruzione recente in stile coloniale distante solo 1 km dal parco centrale di Antigua Guatemala e prossima alla storica chiesa del Calvario. La casa offre tutte le comodità sia tecnologiche (Wi-fi, tv via cavo), di relax con piccola terrazza/solarium e giardino e di praticità con camera da letto servita da proprio ampio bagno, soppalcata su cucina e salotto e di sicurezza con un parcheggio coperto, interno alla casa, e con un sistema di videosorveglianza esterno.
La casa è composta, al primo piano, da una spaziosa camera da letto con ampio bagno (accessoriato di doccia con acqua calda fornita da un boiler elettrico, sapone, shampoo, phon, asciugamani per due persone) e accesso diretto a una piccola terrazza/solarium con tavolino e sedie dove potersi rilassare in tranquillità.
Scendendo una comoda scala a chiocciola al piano terra troviamo la cucina e il salotto.
La cucina è completa di tutto l'occorrente e l'utensileria per cucinare/servire 4 persone, di Frigo, forno, forno a microonde,piano cottura a quattro fiamme, tavolo in legno con tre sedie, macchina per fare il caffè Americano ed ecofiltro per avere acqua purificata, kit di pronto soccorso.
Nel salotto troviamo un divano letto e la tv via cavo.
Una luminosa vetrata da’ accesso al giardino dove un tavolino con sedie offrono la possibilità di pranzare/cenare all'aperto e una comoda amaca di riposare.
La casa ha un parcheggio interno coperto che con le modifiche apportate il 10/04/2018 al portone esterno può ora ricoverare anche Suv e Pickup.
Il quartiere fa parte del Kasco storico di Antigua Guatemala in una zona sicura. La casa è vicinissima alla chiesa del Calvario.

Primera Avenida Norte is a very busy street. You can find Central Plaza 3 blocks away, you can't miss it. Two blocks away you will find a Mayan handicraft market. Antigua traditional market is eight blocks away from the apartment, you will find lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, try the smoothies and the juices it's cheap and fresh. At sexta calle you will find La Bodegona supermarket, it's well stocked, it's a bit more expensive than the market but you will find losts of imported stuff. If you are a coffee lover I recommend Café Condesa and & Café, you can buy Guatemalan coffee there. Regarding sweet treats don't miss Luna de Miel, they offer the best Crepes in Antigua. Finally my best recomendation, explore Antigua, you will find many hidden places out of this world, you will fall in love with Antigua.

This colonial-style home has unique rooms that sit around a garden courtyard. Each of the 6 rooms has its own bathroom and can be as private as you'd like it to be. Our two beautiful communal courtyards are just perfect for sunny afternoons and we also have a gorgeous terrace that wraps around the home where you can enjoy great views of the volcanos.
The very front of the house is a storefront that is open to the public. We have a cafe (where breakfast is served) and the Stela 9 boutique there. Hours are 8 am-5 pm every day.
Our house is just a short walk from the very center of town. It's a very safe neighborhood. We are almost directly opposite hotel Santo Domingo which is a famous 5* hotel in Antigua, which also has a very good restaurant inside that you can visit anytime.
One of the most popular bars in town cafe No Se' which has live music almost every night is just a 5-minute walk down the street. There are a number of great restaurants also within a 5-minute walking distance from our front door!

There is plenty of room on shaded garden patio to read, write, use wifi, and share a glass of wine with your travel mates. We are a guesthouse with a long history and beautiful tradition, begun in the 1990s by Martita Castellanos and Oscar Diaz as a means to generate income to feed the homeless, 80-100 people a day, two meals a day, from the front door of the house.
We are located in the center of Antigua, across the street from the Church of San Francisco el Grande and the tomb of Santo Hermano Pedro, a catholic saint and local hero. Our goal is identical for all our bedrooms: We want to provide you with a comfortable accommodation at a competitive price within a secure area.
We know every detail is important, this is why all of our bedrooms come with 2 pillows / person, shampoo, body soap, hands soap, cotton buds, toilet paper, towels, bedsheets & there may even be a little surprise for you laying on the bed ;)
In total we have 18 bedrooms located in 4 different properties, each one with its own configuration and commodities enough to please everyone's special tastes.
Some have a private balcony with or without volcano view, others have a king, queen, double or individual size bed, orthopedic mattresses, with or without television, shared or private bathroom, tub, jacuzzi or regular shower.
Please let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to offer you a great hosting experience.
Every kitchen comes fully equipped to cook all your favourite dishes. We provide fresh potable water, salt, cooking oil, sugar, napkins & coffee filters in all our kitchens.

1) 150 square-meter house (1620 sq. ft.): 3 private bedrooms, 1 loft bedroom without private door, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, balcony, 1 private parking place and more in the visitors' parking. In total 3 double beds, 1 queen-sized bed, 2 individual beds and 1 comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons.
The house counts with a standard capacity of 10 guests (Max capacity of 14 guests with a queen-size inflatable mattress that we can accommodate with prior reservation), yet beyond 10 people we will be charging an extra of $10/person.
Location: 5 min by car from Antigua’s center.
2) 200 square-meter house (2150 sq. ft.): 4 private bedrooms, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, balcony, 2 covered private parking places. In total 4 double beds, 3 individual beds and 1 comfortable sofa bed for 1-2 persons.
The house counts with a standard capacity of 11 guests (Max capacity of 14 guests with a queen-size inflatable mattress that we can accommodate with prior reservation), yet beyond 10 people we will be charging an extra of $10/person.
Location: Within Antigua’s center, 3 blocks from the famous Merced church.
3) 250 square-meter house (2700 sq. ft.): 4 private bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, large fully-equipped kitchen, garden with BBQ (reservation is necessary) , terrace and balcony, 3-4 private parking places and more in the visitors' parking. In total 3 full-sized beds, 2 queen-sized bed, 1 twin size bed, 1 bunk bed with a full and twin size mattress, and 2 comfortable couch-bed for 1-2 persons each.
Also, the laundry room is located right next to the house main entrance door to which our cleaning team have access.
The house counts with a standard capacity of 15 guests (Max capacity of 19 guests with a full-size inflatable mattress that we can accommodate with prior reservation), yet beyond 10 people we will be charging an extra of $10/person.

4) 250 square-meter house (2700 sq. ft.): 7 private bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room with dining table, large fully-equipped kitchen, large garden with BBQ and outside dining area for large groups, large balcony with outside dining area and spectacular view on all 4 volcanoes around Antigua, 2 covered private parking places and more in front of our house with 24/7 security. In total 1 king-sized bed, 2 queen-sized beds, 2 double-sized beds and 4 individual beds. We have a full-size inflatable mattress with capacity of 2 pers. that we can accommodate if requested.
The house counts with a standard capacity of 14 guests (Max capacity of 16 guests with a full-size inflatable mattress that we can accommodate with prior reservation), yet beyond 14 people we will be charging an extra of $10/person.

Antigua traditional market is very close as well, you will find lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, try the smoothies and the juices it's cheap and fresh. At 4 calle poniente you will find La Bodegona supermarket, it's well stocked, it's a bit more expensive than the market but you will find lots of imported stuff. If you are a coffee lover, I recommend Café Condesa and & Café, you can buy Guatemalan coffee there. Regarding sweet treats don't miss Luna de Miel, they offer the best Crepes in Antigua, and it´s around the corner. Finally, my best recommendation, explore Antigua, you will find many hidden places out of this world, you will fall in love with Antigua.

Ven a quedarte a Urban es un espacio para que descanses, te relajes y disfrutes de una buena energía en casa. Encontraras en tu habitación que es pequeña una television de 32 pulgadas aéreas, música que puedes poner por medio de bluetooth y la habitación es un espacio acogedor. Esta en una casa colonial a 6 cuadras del parque central.
Bienvenido a Antigua es una cuidad colonial rodeada de volcanes, donde encontraras ruinas una arquitectura interesante, iglesias, vistas al volcán y puedes tener una base aquí para explorar volcanes etc.
En la casa vivimos una mamá y una hermosa niña de 10 años Camila, aparte tenemos un Gato bebe que rescatamos llamada Magic y un perro que se llama Sombra!!En la entrada de la casa tenemos un espacio grande que funciona principalmente como Estudio de Pole Fitness, .. Se puede utilizar el espacio para hacer cualquier tipo de ejercicio.
Tenemos dos habitaciones disponibles son pequeñas pero muy acogedoras, se encuentran hasta el fondo de la casa lo cual da mucha privacidad. Este es el anuncio de una de ellas si te interesa una habitación extra o en esta no hay disponibilidad puedes buscar como Urban House, La Antigua. Habitación Privada con TV encontraras la otra habitación que posiblemente esté disponible.
El baño es compartido con la familia.
Tenemos en la esquina un restaurante bar llamado café No se muy rico, tenemos dos parques muy cerca con catedrales enfrente y estamos en el corazón de todo llegas caminando a todos lados muy céntrico fácil de movilizarte no necesitas Tuc Tuc Para llegar..

This listing is for Room 7.
Great shared apartment for the travelers or volunteers on a budget. Wonderful place for people who want to meet interesting individuals from all over the planet; but don't want to stay at a 30 person hostel! Apartment is only five blocks from Central Park.. which is about a ten minute walk. (Apt is located near Hotel Casa Santa Domingo)
Utilities, trash service and wifi are all included. Cleaning service is provided everyday. Rooms are furnished with full bed, desk and chair, mirror, and dresser/hanging rack for clothes.
Kitchen has full-size stove and full sized Fridge! (rare in Guate) Kitchen is also equipped with an Eco Filter for drinking water.
Both showers are nice and warm!
We don’t have any parking space at the house, but there is a 24/7 public parking lot across the street from the house, these are their fees:
