This place is really nice and modern and I can’t wait for you to experience it. The home is 2 Bedrooms 1 bath, both bedrooms have queen sized beds, and all mattresses and pillows have a protective liner in addition to being cleaned after every guest. I value your happiness and safety. The couch can fold down to accommodate a 5th guest. The living room has a multi port charging station (hate it when my phone is low and there isn’t enough chargers) as well as chargers in each bedroom. The house is also equipped with blazing fast WiFi and router with dual band. There is 2 smart tv’s in the house that can be used for Netflix, YouTube, or Hulu. One in the living room and one in the first bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has a library with a collection of books, reading chair, as well as computer desk with office chair Incase you have to do work. I also include a Nintendo switch in the 2nd bedroom, if you’re tired of working, The kitchen has everything you need, including, toaster, panini press, rice cooker, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave. It's 5 blocks (15 min walking time) from Tropicana and 2 1/2 blocks to beach and Boardwalk. This will be perfect for a small family, couples or friends vacation. I do provide a parking permit for street parking. I do provide cable tv with wifi. The apartment also has a washer and dryer, a kitchen/dining area and a cozy living room. The ceilings are 6’7". All bedrooms have double size beds with A.C. units. The bedrooms are approximately 9' x 10'. There is also an A.C. unit for the kitchen/dining area. The kitcken/dining area is approximately 9' x 14'. The living room is approximately 9' x 10'. Air conditioning is provided from May 10 to October 10. A fan is also provided. I also provide a coffee maker, microwave, coffee, sugar and tea. Disposable utensils, cups and plates are also provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

We call our old gal by the sea, The Dancing Mermaid. You will have the entire downstairs daylight basement apartment to yourself with a private entrance. It is light and airy but be aware the ceilings are approximately 6 ft high so the space favors hobbits over elves. We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood two blocks to the boardwalk, beautiful Ventnor beach, tennis courts, restaurants, playground and a mile to Atlantic City!

There is one queen size bed, two twin beds and we have a play room that has a pull out cot. This cot is really best for children or a small adult. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, two stove tops, a microwave, a toaster and a toaster oven. We have tv with cable and free wifi. We supply all linens, towels, plates, cups, utensils, coffee, creamer, bottled water and all kitchen amenities. You are welcome to use the back deck and our beach chairs if you'd like. We also supply beach tags. If you are staying with us for 4 or more nights you'll have access to our washer and dryer at no additional cost. This 1600 sq ft home is very private, located on a large corner lot. The outdoor space contains a fenced-in yard and picnic table perfect for BBQ & yard games. Parking for multiple cars is available. The whole home is a “smart home” that was recently renovated with Wifi, Nest, and YouTubeTV.

The home has 15 windows on the south side to allow natural sunlight to bathe the interior of the home throughout the day. All the windows have treatments in case you want to sleep in. The living room is equipped with high speed WiFi, 65 inch flat screen with video games and YouTubeTV (free of charge). The kitchen and living areas are recently renovated with brand new appliances. All of the bedrooms in the house are exceptionally large (as noted in our reviews). The two upstairs bedrooms contain a Queen size bed in one and a King size bed in the other. The downstairs bedroom is equipped with a brand-new trundle day bed (Two Full beds, one that rolls out). The room also contains a queen sized air mattress in the closet and a bean bag chair that folds into a mattress. The couch pulls out to a comfortable Queen bed. In its entirely the house contains 7 beds if needed. There are two very large, full sized bathrooms in the house- one upstairs and one downstairs.

Atlantic City has no beach entrance fees. Boardwalk entrance is across the street. Great for riding bikes, jogging or strolls on boardwalk or beach. Perfect for photography of sunrises, sunsets and ocean. Newly designated University district with Stockton University's new campus two blocks South. Tropicana Casino is five blocks North. They have a beach bar, DJ and restaurant. Several multinational grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Ventnor and Margate are neighboring towns to the south and have quaint outdoor cafes and boutique shops. They charge for beach entrance, AC does not.
