    A uniquely spacious 1 bedroom flat — it is 1 of 2 flats in a charming heritage listed terrace nestled on a lovely residential street in Sydney's hippest hood. Your home away from home flows over the entire ground floor (otherwise known as 'first' floor in the US :-) and you will have exclusive access to your own stylishly designed apartment with slouchy leather lounges, custom designed lighting (the skylight in the photos is a specially designed light-box using LED lights with the correct colour temperature to mimic daylight) and thoughtful design throughout.
    Uniquely spacious 1 bedroom flat. The flat is one of two seperate apartments in a heritage listed terrace nestled on a lovely residential street in Surry Hills. We live in the apartment upstairs but you have exclusive access to the bottom floor with your own entrance and completely seperate amenities. Your very own home away from home (U don't actually have to see us :) Your apartment flows over the entire bottom floor of the terrace and is accessed by a seperate private door. your space has an open flow between kitchen and lounge areas and the bedroom is tucked in behind a thick (12mm) glass wall with adjustable timber venetian blinds and a block out curtain across the entrance makes for a completely private space. Your flat is equipped with anything you might need to make sure your stay is pleasurable; including comfortable leather lounges, a well equipped kitchen with nespresso coffee machine, new dishwasher, ceramic cooktop and stainless appliances (no oven though so if you must have freshly baked muffins for breakfast check the guidebook for some great options at your door step ;-). Wifi is of course provided as well as ample desk space and the TV comes (apart from the free to air channels) with a netflix subscription and access to abc iview and sbs on demand so if you're tired of exploring the city just kick back and relax on the comfortable lounge and catch up with the latest. There is also a tiny, really really small! courtyard out the back that we've earmarked for a herb garden - stay tuned... In a nutshell - the terrace is very well maintained, with renovated interiors but the bones of the terrace are lovely, quirky and old style. Typical Sydney urban living on a leafy quiet street.
    Surry Hills is where it all happens in Sydney: it's the trendy heart of the city. Walk to the centre of Crown and Oxford Streets, Central Station, Chinatown, Darling Harbour, and the world-famous Sydney Opera House.

    This beautiful studio apartment has been recently renovated and is ideally located in Fitzroy within walking distance to Melbourne CBD. It is ideal for a single person or a couple. The apartment is on the first floor of a small block of units (18 in total) surrounded by greenery. Our studio apartment (approximately 32m2) is tastefully decorated and has a large window overlooking Napier Street which gets lovely morning light.
    Fitzroy is one of the most exciting and vibrant neighbourhoods in Melbourne. Our apartment is located just off Gertrude Street, between Brunswick Street and Smith Street, all which offer some of the most interesting cafes, restaurants, bars, galleries and shops in town.

    Coastal cool for two. Our little one bedroom beach house is 100 steps to the water. Its sunny north wall ( that's right..wall ) slides open to bring the outside in. There are decks, a sea view and the sound of the waves. Village a ten minute stroll.
    We have always loved little beach houses, so we decided to build one. Of course, it is obligatory for a beach house to have a beach.....ours is opposite. You will find comfortable accommodation for one or two people in our new, open plan, little house. We like that the architect included a sliding wall that can open the living area to the outside deck on sunny days. We also like that we can batten down the hatches in winter and turn on the log fire. The bedroom has its own little deck too, just because..... There is plenty of cooking equipment. Yes, wine glasses, coffee and teas included. All linen is provided.
    Apollo Bay sits at the foot of the Otway Ranges, by the Southern Ocean. It is a sea change kind of place with real live locals. Find them fishing, playing golf or footy, walking in the national parks, surfing, swimming, and at the Saturday market.

    Enjoy a romantic break on the wonderful Mornington Peninsula. Our beautiful cottage overlooking the picturesque dam is perfect for couples looking for time out to enjoy each others company. Explore the beautiful Mornington Peninsula or just stay in & relax in this lovely peaceful environment.
    This is a beautiful cottage which has been converted from an original farm building. The cottage is charmingly rustic inside, lined with whitewashed rough planks but very spacious & tastefully furnished. There is a large bedroom with a very comfortable queen size four poster bed (made by my husband), dining area & huge living area. There is a large split system to keep you cool in summer & warm in winter. Enjoy the stunning views over the dam & beautiful gardens all around. Feel the serenity! This is the perfect retreat for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Nothing to do here except enjoy each others company! There is a deck at the front with table & chairs overlooking the dam. The bathroom has a bath with shower & there is a kitchenette with microwave, under bench fridge, kettle,toaster, small electric frypan & crockery etc but no cooktop. It is not 5 star accommodation but it is very charming, comfortable & very relaxing.
    The Mornington Peninsula is a little bit of Paradise just 55 minutes from Melbourne and we are right at the gateway to it. It is 15 minutes to Mornington if you want to swim in the bay or 20 minutes to Point Leo if you are looking for surf. It is a 20 minute drive to the Red Hill market or to any of the wineries. The nearest golf course is the Devil Bend club just 8 minutes away and only 5 minutes to the famous Tyabb Packing shed antique centre. There are numerous places for horse riding very close by. Come here for the peace & tranquility of the location but please note that there are no nearby shops or restaurants. We have a small local shopping centre 5 minutes away with a great fish & chip shop but apart from that, note that this is a rural location & you will have to drive at least 15 minutes to get to any cafes or restaurants. You are really spoilt for choice with great dining choices on the Mornington Peninsula. Some of our favourites are Port Philip Estate for stunning views with great food & wine. Foxeys Hangout for cellar door with beautiful small plates. Panton in Red Hill for cellar door with tasting plates & spectacular views over the vineyards. (Casual & relaxed) The Epicurean in Red Hill for fantastic pizza & really good coffee. Merricks General Store for great food & coffee & atmosphere.

    Our beautiful light filled, comfortable home is fully equipped for you to relax and feel right at home. We are located on the back beach of Rye. If you are after quiet, space, away from the front beach then this is perfect. But we are only a 7 min drive from the front beach. The best of both worlds. Perfect for lazy mornings... and afternoons, there are many different spots for you to sit and relax with a coffee/tea or wine in the evening. Two living areas and two beautiful decks to choose from depending on the weather or your mood, the undercover deck with a large BBQ. Fully equipped and functional kitchen if preparing food takes your fancy, with all the basics you'll need. A short drive finds you in the heart of Rye, with cafes, restaurants, massage therapists and more.. Also located very close to the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, horse riding, golf courses and more. With all the wonderful things the Mornington Peninsula has to offer you'll never be short of something to do! We just love exploring the neighbouring towns and beaches as well as the beauties in Rye.
    Our beach house is very very close to #16 beach. Just a short 10 min walk. We are only 8 mins drive to the front Rye beach to where cafes, restaurants and Woolworths is. Also at the end of our street is a very cool little cafe svering nice coffee and general dry goods you might need.

    You have front row seats to find peace and visual delight as the beauty of the bush reserve meets the Pacific Ocean. Watch the sun rise and the moon illuminate the ocean. Watch the whales go by. This truly is the perfect couples retreat. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the front half of a block which houses a second dwelling behind and completely separate from the Cabana.
    A quiet and beautiful self contained split level bungalow with pool and ocean views.
    The beach! Copacabana has one of the greatest costal town setups around. "Down the hill", or the shop area has multiple convenient stores like a general store, a bakery, a bottle shop, a few lovely cafes, a restaurant or two and of course a fish and chips shop. Other amenities include a playground located just behind the shops, a fire station, a skate park and surf life saving club as well as a whale watching platform. There's also a spectacular lookout just down the road from the property which is well worth the 2 minute walk. It's easy to get parking at Copa beach. Not like Sydney.

    Relax in the beautiful warmth of a unique strawbale cottage after spending the day enjoying the stunning natural beauty of the Blue Mountains. Situated in Leura but backing onto bushland, you'll adore the cosy atmosphere and comforts in this home away from home.
    The Strawbale Cottage is a north-facing, split-level, open-plan design. It is filled with natural light during the day, and looks out over natural bushland. It is earth rendered and the majority of the materials are sourced from demolition yards or scavenged. It has a slow combustion fireplace that heats the whole space. Everything you need to light a cosy fire is supplied, including kindling, firewood, firestarters and matches. There are also two portable electric heaters for use as back up. *Please note: we would like to notify our guests that there are building works currently occurring next door on weekdays only. This does not impact our weekend guests. There may be some noise on weekdays between the hours of 7am and 4pm (on some days there is no noise and/or no one on site, on other days there is some noise). The building works are not visible from the cottage and do not impact on privacy but we would like to be upfront about it so guests are aware before booking.* The sleeping area consists of a queen sized bed (equipped with an electric blanket) on the upper level and a single bed tucked around the corner under the loft. There is a small clothes hanging rack. The bathroom, which is also on the upper level is a full sized space consisting of a beautiful restored recycled claw foot bath/shower. Great for a long soak. There is also a front loading washing machine and a clothes dryer in the bathroom. There is a ladder that leads to a loft area which is currently set up as a reading/relaxing space. It gets a lot of afternoon sun and is a great place for a bit of a nap. The Cottage has been well stocked with books. There are lots of fiction and reference books, mostly on gardening and building. If you are half way through a book at the end of your stay I'm sure we can come to an arrangement :). The reference books will have to stay though. Downstairs consists of the fire place, a comfortable loungeroom, television and DVD player. There is a well equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, electric frypan, two-burner electric hotplates, a small oven with a griller. The bottom level also has a dining table that seats four people. We will provide you with tea and coffee and milk of your choice. There are french doors that lead to large decks on both levels with an outdoor table on the bottom deck. The cottage was built by Dan, so if you are interested in how it was all done please feel free to ask. The cottage is down the back of the property behind the main house. It is about 40 metres from the road down a number of gentle steps. It is a 25 minute walk into Leura mall and to the train station. You will find many coffee / dining options and lots of good shopping. There is also a supermarket, post office, newsagent and a great bottle shop! In addition to the many well known tourist attractions in the Blue Mountains, there are some undiscovered gems we can direct you to nearby our property. There are bush walks and the area is perfect for mountain biking! For example it is a 15km ride along Mount Hay Road (which becomes a fair/reasonably maintained dirt road not far past our place) to one of the most amazing views you are likely to see. Mount Hay Road can also be accessed by most cars and there are many beautiful walks including to Blue Gum Forest, Lockley's Pylon and Flat Top. Please note, although it is normally a minimum 2 night stay, during quiet periods and when single nights are available in the calendar, these are set to allow 1 night stays. Please feel free to go ahead and book a single night if the calendar allows you to, otherwise please contact us and ask if you can stay for 1 night only.
    We live in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. It has a bush / rural feel which is quite different from the south side of Leura which is more of a European feel.

    Honeysuckle Cottage is situated on a 4 acre property called Springwood. There is other accommodation on the property close by. The double story mud brick home next to Honeysuckle includes Jasmine Apartment on the top floor and Melita Apartment on the ground floor, which are also listed on Airbnb. The property is up the top of Lorne, a vehicle is recommended as the hills are a steep walk. 1.6 km from the main beach and town. As Honeysuckle Cottage is situated on a 4 acre property, it can be a bit tricky to find. Please contact me if you need any help finding the place. It is a 1 bedroom Cottage. In the bedroom is a queen size bed. In the lounge room there is a single day bed. So there is an option to have a third person stay. There is a lovely gas log fire heater, that will keep you nice and cosy during the colder times. There is aircon in the lounge room above the single bed. The cottage has a fully self contained kitchen, including a gas stove/oven, microwave, grill, toaster and fridge. The bathroom includes a bath with a shower overhead and a washing machine with trough. Linen, Towels, Hand soap and Body wash are provided.     Honeysuckle Cottage is located about a 15 minute walk to the main town and beach. The walk back up will take longer with the steep hills. There are some beautiful walks close by including Erskine Falls, Cora Lyn Cascades and the Tramway Track. Teddy’s Lookout is about a 20 minute walk straight from the property. I highly recommend it!

I guarantee you'll enjoy this perfectly positioned residence - The apartment is new and elegantly styled (OLY, Mezai, Coco Republic). It is a 1 bedroom with high ceilings on the 15th floor (there are 16 floors). It comes fully furnished with Sheridan linen (amazing flax linen is to die for) and fluffy Sheridan towels. An east facing corner apartment with Chapel Street and mountain views - no expense has been spared for you to enjoy this perfectly positioned residence. The apartment is just minutes walk away from an abundant mix of cafés and restaurants (see my guidebook for a comprehensive listing, otherwise I'll be sure to message you with a selection of cafes once your reservation is confirmed). I also adore the convenience of every single service (e.g. yoga, vegan cafe, supermarket (Western + Asian), dry cleaner, hairdressers, barbers, nail salons, banks, post office, bookshops and gift stores) - all right on your doorstep. The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, SMEG kettle, Royal Doulton cutlery and crockery, dishwasher and a dining table for 2. Rainshower in the bathroom. Aesop/Grwon Alchemist shower products. Diptyque candles. Bose iPod dock. Strong and fast unlimited WiFi. European laundry (with dryer). The outdoor area has a herb garden and BBQ, and is a super appropriate and gorgeous space for you to enjoy (see photos). The entire apartment leases at a rate of between $120 - $150 AUD per night (subject to seasonal variation) and can accommodate 2 people up to 6 people with additional bedding. This is the perfect apartment, suited to those seeking an above average stay - corporate professionals and discerning guests look no further! - South Yarra train station (5 minute walk) - CBD (7 minutes by train) - CBD (10 minutes by car) A car park is allocated for the duration of your stay (this is free). Additional bedding (one queen size airbed and one single size foam mattress can also be provided for additional guests, $35 charge per person per night). This is a well-positioned apartment, nestled away but still so close to all the action - it is perfect for either short or long stays.     Captains Rest is our special spot for 2. Our bed looks out the antique windows to the water — as does our restored clawfoot bath. She's cozy with everything we need to luxuriate, and the Nectre wood stove keeps us cozy. If you have instagram, you can follow both our guests and our personal stays at @captainsrest
    We are all about soaking it up. Walk in the forest next to Captains Rest, swim in the water, fires on the beach and long nights reading in front of the fire. Watch the night stars reflect on the water, and listen on the bird songs upon awakening. Lettes Bay Historical village itself is a hive of wild west coast activity in summer, and almost abandoned in winter. We love both equally.

  • A tartózkodás során minden varázslatos volt! 3 évvel ezelőtt megtaláltam ezt a listát az első Tassie-i utazásunk során. És biztosan meg kellett győződnem arról, hogy visszamegyek vissza, hogy a kapitányokban maradjak, még akkor is, ha csak egy éjszakát töltöttek.     Lilli Pilli is a wildlife refuge in a quiet neighbourhood, approx 10 mins walk ( 900 mtrs) to the national park that enters Tallows beach and to the renowned cafe-resturant -bar The Roadhouse The room is attached to the house with its own entrance & kitchenette. Guests have their own bathroom, you need to enter the house to access it however its just next to your room and for the guest only. There's a large timber picnic table in the garden for guests use only to dine and enjoy drinks.
