From the start of this booking Stephanie was very helpful and made us feel happy with the confirmation. The flat was a little small for 3 people but as we were out alto of the time it didnt really mayer. Perfec Size for a couple waiting central location to all the bars, restaurants and the pier. I would happily stay here again :)
A really good location for local bars and friendly hosts. The flat was cosy, everything you needed... Enjoyed the stay.
Myself and my husband came to Brighton for a mini honeymoon right after our wedding. This little apartment is basic but homely and was just right for two people. The location is second to none, literally 2 mins from the beach! The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock! We loved the little rooftop to sit and look at the view. Stephanie was so kind and even left us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our wedding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive, compact base for their stay. We didn't want to leave!!
Very friendly easy going person would highly reccomrndto anyone
Great little flat to stay in, brill location, really central and easy to find! Would def stay again.
Great flat in a perfect location, close to the pier and the shopping areas. Nice neighborhood, really convenient for walking, and great hosts. Overall a good choice when looking for an ideal place in Brighton.
Stephanie and Basti were very kind and helpful hosts. They were always there when we needed any help. The flat was furnished lovely and all was clean when we arrived. The Flat's location is perfect. The beach and Brighton's main bus station are not even a two minutes walk away. We loved staying there and we already miss it. Thanks for the nice time, we will definitely come back!
Excellent communication from Stephanie, helpful and couldn't be more friendly. Flat was as described and will look amazing once complete. Location: don't think you could be more central if you tried and yet on a lovely quiet street. Perfect! Would defo use again when down in Brighton.

Heike has a really nice and charming home in Brighton. It is really central to everything in Brighton, which was very nice. Everything was clean and neat. Heike also had a lot of brochures, a map and other information about good restaurants and pubs available which was very handy. Also the little patio was really nice, so you could sit outside to have breakfast. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
Welcomed by Heike upon arrival, very friendly. The house was super central, best location in Brighton imo.
Heike was an incredible host and never felt to make us feel right at home ... even before we arrived! From leaving us a welcome breakfast, to making sure the keys got to us safely (even though she was overseas) to checking with us that the stay was going well, we felt very well looked after. The cottage was cute and cosy, had everything we needed, and the location could not have been better. Thanks again for an amazing stay Heike!
Heike was the perfect host and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. The home is beautiful and was perfect for 3 persons. The location is also perfect. Thank you Heike. x
Very cute cosy lovely house. Thank you Heike for a clean comfy place for us to stay. Will book again and highly recommend It to our friends.
Heike was a sweet host, leaving the flat in good condition, milk etc in the fridge, and even chocolates to welcome us. The location could not have been better, we really enjoyed all the restaurants and local markets. The flat itself is very cozy. Thanks Heike!
Heike was a wonderful host. She welcomed us when we got to her property and explained the running of the house as well as giving us advice on things to do whilst we were in Brighton. Full of character the cottage was in a prime location and served my friends and I very well throughout our stay. Thanks Heike! :)

Could not have asked for better hosts. Warm, welcoming and helpful. One of the party is coeliac and the host went out of her way to provide appropriate food. The studio is in a quite area and a relief from the bustle of Brighton if that is what you are looking for. Very close to a good bus route so no difficulties in terms of transportation
A friendly and welcoming host who let us have our own space yet was there if ever we needed anything. The studio is absolutely gorgeous with lots of natural sunlight and everything you may need. Cornelia left us food to make breakfast having confirmed what we liked to eat beforehand. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.
This was our second stay in Cornelia’s studio - she is a considerate host and we again enjoyed having the studio as a base for a month. The underfloor heating works well and kept the studio warm and cosy even in cold January weather. The studio is clean and tidy and feels homely, the kitchen area is well equipped for self-catering, the shower and wifi both work well. It is easy to find parking on the street nearby. We would be very happy to return and definitely recommend this listing :-)
We really enjoyed our two-night stay at Cornelia's self-contained studio tucked away behind her house. Cornelia was great from the start when we were enquiring about staying and always answered quickly. She checked in with me a couple of days before the stay to see what we'd like her to get in for us to make breakfast with which was great. The studio is light and has everything you need. It was very clean and comfortable. Cornelia's husband Heiner met us and took us through everything we needed to know. The studio is in the Brighton suburbs. There is free on street parking outside and frequent buses into town, so really handy. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back if we were in town again. Thank you Cornelia and Heiner.
This was the perfect air B and B for us - letting us stay near to family at Christmas. Warm, comfortable and with everything we needed - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Cornelia was a very welcoming host - but we also had privacy in this lovely hideaway in the garden.
Cornelia was most welcoming and quickly made us feel at home, despite the fact that traffic hold ups meant we didn't arrive until well into the evening. The space is cleverly and creatively set out and lots of thoughtful touches (lovely little flower arrangements and pot plants on the window sill, fresh bread and a great choices of goodies for snacks and breakfasts) coupled with a really comfy bed and hot shower made our stay comfortable and relaxing - Garden Studio has a lovely quiet location yet is close to bus stops for easy access to Brighton. We particularly appreciated the advice given for walks - Seven Sisters and East Dean areas are beautiful to visit. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer - but hopefully will be able to visit again in the near future!
Absolutely loved staying here! Cornelia was a wonderful host, provided lots of food and was attentive and gave great information about Brighton. Would happily stay again.

Our stay in the Garden room in Brighton has been lovely. It's a cosy and small room, but everything we needed was there; including a nice breakfast which Cornelia had taken care of. She was a good host, as she made sure we had everything we needed and when we arrived at the Garden room she was there to welcome us. Brighton is easily accessible by bus and the bus stop is only a 2-minute walk from the house. Overall, we liked our stay very much!

Annas house is in peaceful area in Brighton, with a wonderful view to South Downs. The area has lovely village feel, and there are good bus connections to central Brighton too. Across the road is lush hilly field, which is frequented by dogwalkers and few cows. This location is perfect for anyone who enjoys what vibrant city has to offer, but appreciates the opportunity to get good nights sleep in calmer space. Stanmer Park with its attractions is also within walkable distance. The room and ensuite bathroom are very clean and modern, and I felt refreshed after staying here for few nights. Anna is a great host, and has undoubtedly good supply of stories from her adventures in cold places!
A great bolt hole while I was at a residential university course. A homely stay, 35 minute walk to the Falmer university campus.
Anna was an excellent host and very welcoming. She has thought of everything which made for a very comfortable stay. I would certainly recommend Anna as a host.
Dear Anna Thank you again for making me feel so welcome and for looking after me during my stay. You were very generous with your time and I really appreciated your help and consideration. I had everything I needed to make my stay safe and secure. Take care of yourself and your lovely cats ! With thanks and kind regards, Carey
Anna was the perfect host, communicating very well in advance and giving good directions. The room was just right for me: clean, well-equipped and quiet. I needed some time away from busy London life and Anna's home was great for that. It's just a few miles north of Brighton and easy to find. I'm hoping to go back. Thanks, Anna!
Anna is a very kind and welcoming host. After a few minutes, I felt like in my own room. I was in Brighton for an interview, just for one night, and I needed a quite area to have a good night. This room is the perfect place if you want to have a good night, without noise and a comfortable bed. Everything was perfectly clean and the breakfast will satisfy the most hungry people. It's also well served by public transportation and easily accessible by bus. Do not hesitate, it's the right place!
I had a wonderful experience staying at Anna's house. I was quite impressed by her meticulousness in catering to the needs of her guests. Everything in the room and washroom was so neatly arranged and smelled so fresh. As mentioned in the description, the room was stocked up with breakfast items and snacks. The bed was of a good size, which was a great source of comfort for me especially since I'm tall. The small sized room was quite cozy and comfortable, the kind where one can relax and unwind for long periods. The size was just right though and allowed me to keep my stuff in it. The arrangement and facilities in the room stood testament to the host having had professional experience in hospitality. Anna's warm demeanour and keenness to always tend to my queries and concerns really gave me the feeling that I was well looked after. The house overseas a beautiful meadow and is located in a friendly and safe neighbourhood that has buses running to university and the town centre on a regular basis. I shall definitely want to stay with her again and would strongly recommend her place to those wanting to stay inBrighton.
I has such a wonderful time at Anna's. I certainly intend to return (soon I hope). Anna was so welcoming and accommodating to my late-ish arrival. The room is a self contained B&B (breakfast is stored in a mini fridge), you have your own bathroom and own entrance into the house. Perfect for minimal engagement with others if that is what you desire (I was working and studying so this was perfect), though Anna is so welcoming and friendly and happy to answer questions you might have. Well well located. A 30-40 minute walk to the university and station (to Brighton in 9 minutes) is perfect, though there are also buses. And the area is super quiet.

This flat was in a good location in Kemptown, was easy to find and also spotlessly clean. Very quiet too. Hosts were friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended for a night.
Comfortable and cozy room, and great communication and service. Recommended
I loved staying at the airbnb of Peter and his partner. They were so kind. The bed is so comfortable and the flat is really well located. Only a short walk to the beach, the pier is a bit further but defenately in a nice walking distance. I would defenately come back.
It was really nice experience to stay 2 days in here! Peter and his wife(maybe?) were really kind and the bed was like drug or something because it was soooooo cozy and I addicted to the bed XD
Peter is a good host, helpful and discreet. The apartment is located not far from seafront and city centre. Room is small but it has a comfortable bed. Would recommend for a one night break.
The flat is very clean, cosy and the bed is comfortable, the only thing is that the pillow is too soft. There are bus stops nearby, approximately 20 mins walk to centre. Hosts are welcome and helpful! Recommend to stay with Peter

Cracking apartment! Lovely host. Very pleased with our stay. It's very quirky and great location. Would defo stay again!!
Very comfortable and spacious place in a great location! All the equipment and facilities you could need for a fun stay.
We had a wonderful stay. The place is brilliantly located with cafés, bars, pubs all on the doorstep. The place was amazing! Homely with the most fun decor I've ever seen! The host was very nice and warming. I'll definitely be making a return to the property!
We had a brilliant time at Calandra's place, the night before a wedding. The vast open space was perfect for a large group to spend time together and get ready for the wedding (including the bride!), while the big dining table allowed us to have a lovely meal all together the night before. The place is quirky, brilliantly located and great value for money. We'd definitely stay again!
Fantastic property, extremely quirky and very welcoming. You are placed in the very centre of Brighton, spitting distance from the beach and a good many top-notch restaurants/pubs.
Great place, wish we had more time to hang out. Calandra was super helpful.

Hi, this is my much loved Brighton flat that has become available since the summer of 2016. You will love the sea view, local cafes and being walking distance to everything Brighton has to offer, it is just a short stroll to the pier. My place is perfect for couples, however there is also a double sofa bed in the living room so 2 extra people can sleep in there for only an extra 15.00 pppn The flat is on the 1st floor and there is 1 flight of stairs to reach the entrance to the flat. The space is a very large living room with a chesterfield sofabed that can sleep 2 extra people. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people, a well equipped kitchen, 11 foot high ceilings, a TV with cable channels, access to a balcony with a sea view that has a small table and chairs for two people to sit outside and take in the view. In addition to the living area, there is a double bedroom with a brand new double bed, comfortable mattress, mattress topper, new bedding, also with ample storage in the wardrobes for you to store your items. The bathroom is modern and has both a bath tub and a shower. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, clean and wash, along with some complimentary tea, coffee and a nespresso maker! There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, clothes dryer and washing machine should you need to use these facilities. You will have access to the whole apartment to yourselves. I will arrange with you to pick up the keys / or collect from me and you will let yourselves into the apartment and check out, leaving the keys in a safe place for me. I am available by phone and email and airbnb messenger and around to help. In the event of any type of emergency I have people close by who can assist. The apartment is in a very nice part of Brighton called 'Kemp Town'. Its only a short stroll from the famous Brighton Pier. The sea is so close you can see it from the apartment. The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice and pretty and is the perfect place to be and walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the city, its bars, clubs and shops. It's seen as the des res area of Brighton to live. Parking in Brighton is a bit of a nightmare; There is however pay & display parking on the street outside the flat, it costs 1 pound per hour for a max of 4 hours. The restriction is in place 7 days a week from 09:00 - 20:00 - dont blame me :0( - if coming by car, you could park in one of the many carparks around - check parkopedia website, this will help you. You can get a taxi from the station to the flat which costs around £6-£7, or you can walk which takes 25 minutes, or take a no 7 bus, you should get off the bus at the hospital stop. I love dogs... ! So of course you can bring your little furry friend(s), but as I have bought new furniture, please can you keep them off of this and wipe those wet paws before they come back from the sea :-)bővebben
Vikki was lovely and helpful, super accommodating and a great host. Her flat is truly a gem of a spot and a perfect walk into town. I'd highly recommend it to others!
Fantastic. Great. Wonderful. This place is lovely. Vikki has it set up so that is really is a home away from home for anyone the decor is beautiful and the bed so very, very comfortable. Vikki was a very great host and immediately on call when we were running late (thank goodness). The location is perfect if you want to be close enough to things to walk and far enough out to avoid the noise. Can't rate it highly enough!
Amazing apartment. Great host. Has everything you need and is right by the sea.
We loved staying in Vikki's home. It was spotless and better in reality than in the pictures. Modern Eclectic and stylish and close to the beach and Kemptown which has some beautiful shops and cafes. Couldn't recommend this property highly enough.
This is a beautiful flat in a great location. There is lots to do during the day and it's easy walking distance to the centre of Brighton, at night the area seems quiet. The flat is very well equipped, clean and stylish. We would definitely recommend it.
My wife and I stayed at Vikki`s apartment for a 4 day break, during the week. Although we did not meet Vikki in person. Her instructions for picking up the keys were very straight forward(URL HIDDEN)She made sure we were informed on everything we needed for our stay. And was in contact with us during our stay. The apartment is located in a wonderful position in Brighton. It is set in the Kemptown area. Which for us is the best area to stay in Brighton. It`s set just around the corner from the main high road that leads from Kemptown into the centre of Brighton. This is a beautiful road to walk along. With lots of great shops. It probably takes about 15 minutes to walk to The Lanes area of Brighton. Or you can just hop on a bus to travel the few stops. The other bonus about the positioning of the apartment, is that it is literally a minute from the beach. And from the balcony you can see the sea. The balcony being another bonus(URL HIDDEN) The apartment itself is wonderful. It's clean and tidy. And beautifully furnished. We found it a very relaxing place to stay. All in all. We had a great experience dealing with Vikki. And a wonderful time staying at her apartment. I would definitely stay here again. And I recommend it highly to anyone looking to stay in Brighton(URL HIDDEN)Thank you Vikki.
Had a wonderful time in Brighton! The flat was lovely, in a great location and had everything we needed. We found cheap parking online and it was about a 10/15 minute walk down to the flat which was great. It was super easy to pick up the keys, and the man in the shop was very friendly. Vikki was easy to contact when I had a couple of questions, even though she was on holiday herself, which was really helpful. Overall highly recommend Vikki as host and her lovely flat, and would stay again if in Brighton. Thanks Vikki!

My place is close to the centre of Brighton and two minutes from Brighton Pier and the beach, close to restaurants and dining and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the closeness to everything! the stylish apartment is in a Grade 2 listed Regency Town House with two single, linked beds in the main room and a small double on the mezzanine. My place is good for young people who are happy to share, and for young families. The mezzanine is part of the main room and has restricted height. The room has gorgeous Georgian proportions, and a mezzanine level creates another sleeping space with its own small double bed, clothes storage and spot lighting. The main room has two single beds which are linked together and can be used separately if required. There is also a room safe and internet wi-fi. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. The room is on the first floor of a fine Regency Town House in the Kemptown area of Brighton, dating back to 1795. Access is by a main door to the building on Margaret Street, and the studio has its own entrance. I will usually be around in the building if needed. If arriving at Brighton Train Station, get the number 7 bus from outside the station or hop into a taxi in the taxi rank outside. If you prefer to walk it is about 10-15 minutes. Just head down towards the sea and turn left into the Kemptown District. Once at the accommodation, all of Brighton and Kemptown is within easy walking distance.bővebben
Wonderful, friendly host in a great location right in the middle of everything. We loved it!
Izzet's apartment was great for our girls weekend away. It was slightly smaller than expected but enough room for the four of us. Izzet's Thai restaurant is directly below the apartment and we had a fantastic meal here on our first evening - would highly recommend. The location is great, a two minute walk from the sea front. Thanks Izzet for a great stay!
Very nice and clean apartment in a great location. Would easily recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Brighton!
The entire stay from start to finish was beyond amazing. Izzet blew all our expectations out of the water! The best host as soon as we got there we were invited into his restaurant just below the apartment, were he resevered us a table and gave us a welcome drink and some nibbles. The room itself is completely stunning, very good condition and comfortable. The room had bottled water and chocolate crossaints for each of us. The little kitchenette we didn't use as we ate out but looked as though you could cook a small simple meal easy enough. We ate in Izzet's resturant one evening which I would also recommend good price and delicious food. The location is great it's about a twenty minute walk from the station, ten minutes to the lanes and night life and about five minutes to the pier. I would recommend anyone to stay at Izzet's place and plan to go back there anytime I needed somewhere to stay in Brighton. Book now and you will not be disappointed! Thank you Izzet for being a fantastic host and making our trip to Brighton unique and special :)
Izzet was very welcoming and friendly and the room was perfect for what we needed. Central enough, so everything was in walking distance. Thank you Izzet :)
Was an amazing nights stay, Izzet was extremely easy to get ahold off before our trip answering any questions, also early check in was very handy! Was a 20 minute easy walk for the station but very close to the central plus a 5 minute walk from the pier. We got there and he was very welcoming and friendly, the place was lovely as seen in the pictures very clean and good. He provided a small breakfast and towels ect everything you needed (there is a co-op directly opposite so very easy to get to!) Overall was a lovely stay and I would defiantly stay there again! (P.S Izzet owns the Thai downstairs which is delicious! Try it if you like Thai!)
Izzet is super friendly and looked after our group while we stayed. The apartment was very well presented and the location was ideal in the centre of kemptown on the main street. Beds were very comfortable with a very cute mezzanine bedroom. Will definitely have to stay next time we visit :D
Thank you for a wonderful stay Izzet! Great mezzanine apartment in an awesome location, close to the beach and shops. Had everything we needed for our stay in Brighton.

The bedroom and the bathroom were both very clean, and Gary was a very friendly host. Light breakfast is provided as well and I was pleased by the presence of a hairdryer. I'd definitely recommend this room to anyone wishing to stay overnight in Brighton near the beach!
Greeted and instantly made to feel welcome. Would recommend this very friendly Airb&b.
Staying at Gary's was our first times using AirBnB and it couldn't have gone better. Gary was a perfect host, very accommodating and made us feel welcome despite us being short of time and not having long to chat. The room itself was warm and very comfortable and the breakfast provided was a nice touch. We tend to visit Brighton a fair amount so I'm sure we will be back to stay at Gary's again soon. Really can't recommend staying with Gary enough.
Gary was a brilliant host! He was most accommodating and welcoming throughout our stay, and took a personal interest in ourselves and our stay. He gave us a home away from home with a friend who'd offer help when we needed it even when we didn't think to ask. Not to mention, we loved the breakfast, maybe a bit too much! We'd never heard of Airbnb before and questioned why Gary had so many great reviews, but now we know it's because his service surpasses so many hotels and even businesses. Our stay at Gary's was like nothing we'd experienced before, he really is a 'superhost', and we're looking forward to our next opportunity to stay with him again. 11/10. - Mark & Kelly

This centrally located apartment is beautifully decorated in the Regency style of the building with a chandelier, fireplace and silver velvet furnishings. It has amazing views of Brighton sea front and Pier from the windows in both the lounge and the bedroom. There is a table with comfortable upholstered chairs in front of the lounge window where you can work or dine whilst enjoying the spectacular view, then enjoy a candlelit bath in the large deep tub and fall asleep in a velvet sleigh-bed...! This romantic apartment is on the second floor of a Grade II Regency building right on the seafront and in the middle of the city. There are amazing sea views from the bedroom and lounge from where you can see both Piers - A great place to watch the fireworks over the Palace Pier every Saturday night! It is beautifully decorated in a period style with chandeliers, deep pile carpets, sumptuous silver velvet furniture and a luxury bathroom, beautifully fitted with a large deep bath, luxury shower and heated marble floor. The lounge has a period fireplace a bow shaped bay window where there is a dining table for two (extra chairs are in the apartment if you are entertaining). This is also a great place to work and there is free wi-fi. There is a wall mounted Smart TV with a USB media station. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge and is fully fitted with everything you need to self cater in comfort. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment comes with a permit to use the free parking on the forecourt of the building. This is on a 'first come first served' basis as there are 5 flats and 4 spaces so whilst a parking space is usually available, occasionally guests may need to park around the corner on the New Steine or the High Street car park (both of which are pay and display) until a space becomes free at busy times. If you would like meals, shopping supplies, champagne, flowers, cakes etc provided for your arrival or delivered during the course of your stay please contact me and I will be pleased to discuss your requirements. The bedroom has a silver velvet sleigh bed and a luxurious pillow-topped mattress. A small window seat incorporated into the built in furniture so that there is an extra place to sit and take in the wonderful view. The apartment is a romantic getaway and a perfect place to escape to, but it can also be a lovely and inspiring place to work. It is within walking distance of all major Brighton attractions and and has a parking space for one car. All major bus routes are nearby and Brighton Station is about 25 minutes walk away. We live in the city and know it well, we can help with restaurant reservations, recommendations, ideas for days and nights out etc. We want to make your stay in Brighton fantastic and will be on call throughout your stay. Tea, coffee, wine and chocolates will be awaiting your arrival at the flat and there are complimentary Molten Brown toiletries for your convenience. If you are coming by train we will meet you at the station and take you back at the end of your stay. This apartment lets you live like a local but with all the luxury of a top end boutique hotel. Do get in touch! This property is a private self-contained apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. You will have full and private use of the whole apartment during your stay. I, or my colleague, will be available if you need any help during your stay. We live just down the road in Hove. This apartment is on the Seafront, looking out onto the famous Palace Pier. Just behind the building is the fabulous Kemptown, full of eclectic cafes, bars and independent shops. It is a fun, friendly and lively neighbourhood with something for everyone. There are lots of great places to eat in Brighton but some of my favourites are: Foodilic - All you can eat for less that £8! A huge range of fresh and beautiful salads together with hot food as well Indian Summer - The poshest most fabulous Indian restaurant you will ever visit Food for Friends, Terre a Terre and 1847 - All 3 are great vegetarian restaurants which I find hard to choose between Neighbourhood and The Sidewinder - Local pubs just a few minutes walk away, both with nice food The Komedia - Award winning comedy venue with an independent cinema attached (you can book sofas and take drinks and food from the bar into the screenings!). The Krater shows Thurday - Sunday are stand up comedy at it's best and you can get good and reasonably priced food at most shows. This apartment is a 5-10 minute taxi ride, or 25 minute walk, from Brighton mainline station and close to a number of bus stop. All the major attractions of Brighton are within walking distance of the apartment which is very centrally located. This apartment is in an entirely residential building and noise restrictions apply after 10pmbővebben
Wow! What a stunning flat with an even more stunning view. I could have spent the whole trip watching the sea from the window, but with Brighton on your doorstep that would be rude. It was particularly useful to have parking.

We can highly recommend this place for your stay in Brighton. It's really clean and well equipped and the location is just perfect. It might even be too good, so we were tempted to just sit by the window and look out instead of actually going somewhere ;-) Of course the location on the main street is a bit noisy and the English windows don't do much to keep the noise out :-) When we return to Brighton we will definitely check if this place is available before booking somewhere else! Thank you Katharine for always replying within minutes and making this an excellent AirBnb experience!
Communication was friendly and informative. Katherine gave me lots of great tips. The flat was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
This was my first time using AirBNB and Katharine was very friendly, helpful and extremely flexible. Her apartment is amazing and the view and location of it is second to none. The apartment has everything you could want and we felt it was very homely and we will definitely be coming back.
it was a lovely apartment in a great location! everything was in walking distance. it was really helpful that it came with a parking space swell. would stay here again when i next go to brighton :)
Katherine's place is first and foremost in a fantastic location. Its so close to the pier and a short walk from the lanes. This means that the view from the front window, where you can eat, is nothing short of amazing! It was so lovely to look out on to the beach in the morning sunshine. Just great! The apartment is a fantastic size for two people. Beautifully furnished with everything you need. There is a great manual up on the wall which tells you how to use everything and the wifi password etc. The bedroom was lovely with a window looking out to the beach and lots of cosy blankets. The only thing that might bother a guest is the sound of the seagulls in the morning from the bedroom...but we found that quite nice as it reminded us how close we were to the sea! Its nothing too loud. The bathroom was also perfect and so sparkly clean. Katherine was so kind, helpful and gave us a warm welcome- even a bottle of wine. Great start to our stay and couldn't have been more accommodating. All in a all a fantastic place to stay in Brighton. Great location with everything you might need in one place. And that view sets it above the rest! Thanks so much for a great stay. Emily and Alex
A really nice flat, right where you want to be in Brighton. Katharine was the perfect host. Would definitely stay here again.
Katharine is a great and responsible host. We've enjoyed a great weekend getaway from London. The room is with super sea view and has easy access both to city centre and other scenic spots (Seven Sisters National Park and Beachy Head is only 1h bus ride away). Katharine is also kind enough to let us check in early and out later than expected. Would definitely recommend her house to anyone visiting Brighton.

A great little hideaway right near the beach and very central for everything. The flat is very cosy and has everything you need for a few days stay. It was very nice to wake up in the morning with a big blue sky and seagulls calling on the chimney pots! Would definitely recommend it - thanks Chris and Sarah!
Chris and Sarah's place was perfectly located and in walking distance of everything we needed. The flat was very cosy and had everything to make us feel at home. Chris's communication was with us was excellent and he made sure we had everything we needed during the trip. Had a great stay, thanks!
Very cosy place, cute and well kept. Perfect communication with Chris. Very close to the beach, the pier and main Brighton's attractions.
The flat is very centrally located, I was in Brighton to Visit the Royal Pavillion and Museum which was less than 10 minutes away. There were lots of useful shops nearby. The flat was pleasant and warm despite awful weather the week I was there. Top tip: read the shower instructions provided before using it!
Beautiful cosy property offered by a friendly host. Definitely recommend this for a Brighton escape.
Out of all the apartments I have stayed in so far, this has to be my favorite. It is in the perfect location: right next to the beaches, pier, lanes and pubs. The apartment is very charming and is a perfect representation of the quirky city that is Brighton. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and allowed us to be well rested to explore the town. Stephanie and Chris were wonderful hosts who were genuinely concerned about their guests. Any future trip to Brighton would not feel complete if I were staying anywhere else.
The flat is just as described, cozy but comfortable and very lovely. It’s perfectly located, very close to all the attractions and has everything you need in it. Would definitely book again :) Also a huge thank you to Chris for the easy and quick communication :)

We have completely refurbished our former regency sea captain's retreat in the heart of Brighton (on a quiet side street) to make it an even more chilled, spacious city retreat. With direct seaviews from top floors why not step outside to find the city's gazillion shops, restaurants and fab beachlife! We want you to feel like you are staying in your own private hotel, with fresh linens, lashings of hot water and an area to chill before hitting the city. This bright regency townhouse with direct seaviews from the top two floors is on the same road as Brighton's beautiful Dome theatre. You're on a quiet road yet within minutes of buzzing West Street (for clubs), the seafront's nightlife and the shopping nirvana of the North Laine and The Lanes (we'll tell you which is which). Lovingly restored to it's Regency glory, you really couldn't find a more central location - even Brighton station is five minutes' walk away. If you're driving, we advise using the 24 hour car parks very nearby as you won't need the car once you arrive! Having just refurbished the whole former sea captain's house we have created a large, fantastic social space/kitchen diner with an exposed brick feature wall, a large range cooker, wooden floors and a beautiful hand-crafted wooden table to comfortably seat 16. There are three bathrooms all with natural slate floors. And all appliances are new including the (we think) very groovy bright pink Smeg fridge! There is wifi throughout the house and beautiful plantation shutters. We also love the living room with its twin chandeliers, Farrow and Ball colours and sumptuous regency coving (restored by the same craftsman who worked on the Harry Potter movies). There is also a large a flat screen TV - perfect for vegging out the morning after the night before! We also hope you love our luxurious roll-top bath and the "getting ready" pamper area for those preparing to hit the town with its three Hollywood-style illuminated dressing room mirrors and stylish drift wood make-up table. The house is yours, all five floors of it! We're local so on hand to help and answer your questions about our lovely city. Brighton is unique. Wear what you like, say what you like - we live and let live here on the south coast and are not surprised by much. Just ask Disco Pete, the old guy approximately a million years old who turns up at any outdoor gig in the city come rain or shine and dances silently and joyfully by himself. I always think he embodies how Brighton people feel about their city - if you're happy and not hurting anyone - go for it! The house itself is in the North Laines, very close to the famous clocktower. You're in the centre of the city yet on a quiet residential street enjoying the best of both worlds. Buses run just around the corner at Churchill Square to all over the city, there's a taxi rank round the corner and the main train station is five minutes' walk. But you're so central you can basically walk everywhere. There are twelve zip and link hotel-style beds with excellent quality mattresses arranged over five stunning bedrooms that can be arranged either as doubles or singles. In addition there are two double sofa beds in the spacious living room. There is no garden.bővebben
Ben was extremely helpful and accommodating and the house was absolutely wonderful!
Perfect location and size for our party of 10
We have just returned from a weekend stay at Ben's house in Brighton. There was a group of 10 of us for a hen weekend and the house was absolutely perfect! From day one when I first contacted Ben, I instantly knew that the place was going to be great. The experience of booking was so easy and Ben has been in touch since with tips and information and answering all of my many questions! Checking in was really easy and the lady met me exactly when arranged and showed me around making sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, literally right in the centre with the shops and lanes a few minutes away and the seafront only a few minutes further. The house itself is amazing and is decorated beautifully with stunning finishing touches. Its over 5 floors and has tons and tons of space! We just kept finding rooms! The bedrooms were really good sizes and everyone said how comfy the beds were! The kitchen and dining area is brilliant and we had more than enough cutlery, glasses etc to keep us going. Great having a dishwasher as well! It was lovely being able to cook and sit down together to eat without some of the group having to be in a different room. We loved the pamper area and it was great not having to bring hairdryers with us! There were also more than enough bathrooms for all of us and there was no queue for the showers! As for the bath - that is amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning if the occasion arises. Thank you Ben!
Great house in a fab location for most places! We stayed here for a conference at the Brighton Centre which was just a short walk away. Really impressed with the house, spacious and well decorated with everything you'd need!
What a fantastic location, centrally located and easy walk to everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need and an information pack with things to do and see locally. Highly recommend a stay here!
A group of 9 of us stayed here for 3 nights for a staff residential and it was perfect. A gorgeous house with plenty of rooms and lots of social space. Really near to the lanes and the seafront. We'd definitely book again!! Thanks Ben
We had a lovely stay. Perfect location in the middle of it all. The house was fine and we would happily stay there again.
We stayed here for 2 nights on a hen. It was perfect - it's a gorgeous house in an amazing location. The long table in the kitchen was ideal for communal brekky/dinner. The bed's were really comfy and there are 3 showers which is needed for 12 girls! Ben was great answering all my annoying questions in advance. The housekeeper was also great - I text asking for more toilet roll/dishwasher tablets and they brought them over a short while later. Recommend for big groups wanting a fun weekend in Brighton.

Converted whole floor of large Georgian House, high ceilings, south facing seaview, 2 minutes to beach, park or shopping, 5 minutes form Brighton Station. Rent whole flat for 2, 4 or up to 6 people or just a B&B room with owner present. Beautiful! There are two double bedrooms, with the 2nd room having the wardrobe space and shelves for clothing, and both overlook a quiet woodland space at the back of the building. The 2nd room has just had a brand new memory foam topped double mattress and is super comfy, medium softness! The main bedroom has a brand new king size firm bed which is super comfy! The lounge and kitchen are both south facing with huge sash windows looking out to sea! The ceilings are high so it's light and spacious. The floors are wooden, apart from the bedrooms which are fairly new carpets. A brand new sofa (double sofa bed) is in the front room, with comfortable memory foam mattress. It's really comfortable for the 2 extra guests when groups of more than 4 stay. Bedding will be made up for these groups and you can make it up at night. The kitchen has all modern appliances. A brand new bathroom was recently installed with rain shower, bath and combi boiler for unlimited hot water. Towels, shampoo & conditioner and shower gel provided. Kate will meet you and show you around and allocate one set of keys, or will arrange to leave keys with a local shop next door. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge. If the whole flat is taken then I will be glad to greet you if I am around, and answer any questions when possible. You will be given my mobile number and I'll be happy to help in emergencies. If only one double room is taken (you can search for the property listed as just one double room), then I will greet you on arrival and include breakfast the next morning of tea or coffee and toast or cereal. I will usually stay in the flat if only one room is taken as bed and breakfast. Location, Location, Location! The reason I have stayed here for 18 years is the fantastic location! You can literally walk anywhere in central Brighton within 10 - 15 minutes, and are so close to the station, beach, park, shopping centre and dozens of fabulous pubs and restaurants! The Seven Dials up the road has a few eateries and pubs, and down around Western Road there's lots of pubs and restaurants too. My local favourites are: A Taste of Sahara - North African and BYO Market - Global tapas style small plates restaurant, can sit/eat at the bar You Juice - Juice Bar next door to the flat The Salt Room - Fancy trendy seafood restaurant The Urchin in Hove - Seafood only gastro pub The Cocktail Shack & The Set in Regency Square The Lion & Lobster - most popular pub in Brighton, good menu Earth & Stars Pub for Sunday Roast Indian Summer restaurant - Southern indian modern menu Chilli Pickle Indian restaurant St Ann's Well Gardens is my favourite haven to escape from the busier seafront and take a book or newspaper and you can get lovely home cooked food in The Garden Cafe there too. Parking - due to being in the central Brighton zone Z, I recommend parking 2 streets to the west on York Avenue or around St Ann's Well Gardens as it's cheaper per hour, and there's some free spaces on Sundays on Nizells Avenue. There's an open air carpark by Brighton station that is just £10 per day if you wish to just arrive by car and leave for the weekend. Otherwise I suggest The Regency carpark. As we can only buy 26 day permits per annum for residents my street permits ran out a while ago. The buses run both ways from the bottom of the road at Norfolk Square or outside Waitrose. Taxi's arrive within minutes from Streamline on Brighton 202020 or 747474. Trains are regular to London and only take 50 minutes on most direct lines. Just a couple of doors along is a very small parade of quality boutique shops, fresh Juice Bar, fantastic Japanese takeaway and there's a lovely coffee shop called Mr Wolfe which is a new Brighton trendy hangout. There's a small convenience store and off licence opposite there too. At the bottom of the road are numerous other shops, late night food options and everything else you are likely to need!bővebben
Me and my friends stayed at Kate's for 2 nights and it was perfect. It's in a great location, few minute walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk into the centre. Kate answered any questions we had quickly and was really friendly. All beds are really comfortable and the flat has everything you need. I would definitely recommend Kate's flat to anyone and will be back when visiting Brighton again.
Super easy and enjoyable experience staying at Kate's. Perfect location, very homely and very helpful host. Kind of like just staying at a friends place.
Hi Kate, We were very happy with the flat and had a really nice stay in Brighton. The keys should be at the pub - I left a bit earlier yesterday morning than the others, but I'm sure the keys will be at The Monty now. The only comment I have re. the flat is that it was very awkward to close/open the curtains in the living room. We managed to do it without breaking anything, but you have to be quite an acrobat to get to get it done. And we didn't break anything - one of our great achievements this time round. Thanks Tom
Kate was a wonderful host, really helpful before hand and once we were there. The flat is beautiful with an amazing view, would definitely recommend a trip there to brilliant Brighton!
The apartment was just as described. Spacious enough for 6 people, great location and gorgeous sea views.
We had a fantastic New Years Eve staying at Kate's flat. It was clean and spotless with comfortable beds. There was a lot of space and kitchen was lovely and big with views of the sea. It felt like a home away from home. Kate was really helpful in the lead up to our stay and checking in and out was easy. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully we will stay again! Great value, great location and she is very lucky to live there. Parking not available but we moved ours to a free parking area and then we could walk everywhere from here. Flat is located in area with good shops and restaurants.
Great flat, brilliant communication. Highly recommended
A lovely bright and airy flat with comfy beds, wonderful sea views and everything we needed for our stay. Kate was a great host and I can also recommend the juice and coffee bars just a couple of doors away!

I have a Double room for rent (for one person) in 7 Dials, a ten minute walk from Brighton Station/City Centre/Hove The room is at the back of the house so is nice and quiet, it has a wardrobe, set of drawers and some shelves. The flat is modern, clean and tidy with all the mod cons!. There is a seven seater lounge and a large tv. There is a separate WC to bathroom. The rent includes water/electric/gas/tax/virgin wifi. I can include bed linen, towels and extra storage All rooms except my bedroom Daily Peaceful and respectful The area is a vibrant mix of trendy bohemia and suburban elegance. 7 Dials area takes its name from the seven roads that radiate out from the hub of 'The Dials' bus and train easy access I have had few lodgers. They all wanted to stay :)bővebben
A nice place to live. Quite and nice area. Xenia is friendly and she has been a great flat mate. The apartment was clean and cozy, we had a lot of cookies too :D. It might look as if there are a lot of rules when you first see the ad, but actually being respectful solves everything.
Xenia is an excellent host and she made sure that I am comfortbale during the stay all time. Place was very quiet and I was really enjoying it. Living room is too good and spacious.

An elegant apartment which can accommodate up to six, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms; one an ensuite, this apartment also benefits from a courtyard. Although extremely central this victorian property is located on a quiet residential road. This apartment is a very welcoming space and has been finished to a high standard. There are two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed which benefits from a roll top bath ensuite. The second bedroom is a spacious room with a standard size double bed, all beds are incredibly comfy. The huge sofa can be arranged to accommodate a further two by using quality memory foam mattress toppers, this has proved comfier than a standard sofa bed. There's a well appointed main bathroom which has a drench head shower/bath. The kitchen houses both an integrated fridge, dishwasher and has all mod cons to be expected except a microwave, it benefits from a Rangemaster cooker. There's a separate utility cupboard which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and small freezer. There's a Sony 3D TV, Tivo box, DVD player and docking station for iPod etc... I will welcome you in, thereafter the place is yours but please feel free to call upon me for advice and/or guidance anytime during your stay. Although incredibly central; being only a short walk from the station, beach and city centre, it's a quiet residential area. Bedlinen, towels, pillows and duvets are of the highest quality.bővebben
The apartment was lovely! It was clean, spacious and perfect for our visit to Brighton. It was close to the centre, sea, restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment again. Would highly recommend - Eleanor was so helpful and friendly.
This was my first Airbnb experience and it was fantastic. Eleanor was fantastic from the first point of contact to leaving her beautiful home. She's been very welcoming, gave us a few sight seeing tips and recommendations for bars and restaurants which were great. The room and ensuite bathroom are beautifully decorated, very clean & tidy. Its very close to city centre & the beach which mad everything just perfect! Eleanor was a fantastic host, I can only recommend to book this room if you visit Brighton. We'll definitely come back and stay at her beautiful flat again. Thank you for a fantastic time xx
Lovely place, very conveniently located. Elle was regularly in touch, even checking in with us before arrival to ensure everything would be ready on time.
I could not have asked for a more lovely host or room for mine and Badgers (mini sausage dog) first airb&b booking! Eleanor and her fab pug could not have made us feel any more welcome. A beautiful room in a town I know and love and we will be back. The room was wonderful and so relaxing with a bath!! (I heart baths!) xx
Our stay at Eleanor's property was very pleasant and comfortable. Her property exceeded expectations and was actually much more impressive than the already beautiful photos. The space is well furnished, very clean in a convenient yet quiet location, comfortable beds, wonderful bathrooms, charming little courtyard, good quality bath towels and bed linen, high speed wifi connection. As host, Eleanor is faultless - always courteous and responsive. Even when we arrived at property without providing clear check-in time, she was very patient and understanding, ensuring that we gained access into the apartment immediately. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer!
Eleanor was very welcoming and we dropped our luggage off earlier than check in time which was very helpful. Eleanor gave us some great eating places to try and even text the phone numbers to us - couldnt have asked for more
This was my first time booking through airbnb and I couldn't be happier. We booked Brighton for a treat for my daughters GCSEs. We loved Elle's place, close to the centre and so homely. Elle was very helpful and did everything she could to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay again.
I booked this place for 6 people over a weekend. Top class apartment!! I slept on the sofa with the memory form topper and slept sooo well, as did the other gusts in the other rooms. The whole apartment is finished to a really high spec and is an absolute pleasure to stay in. It's nice and central, we walk to Brighton Pier in about 15/20mins so no taxis were need over the whole weekend. We pre book parking in the NCP car park which is only a 10 min walk away so made parking super easy. I couldn't recommend this place more! Elle thank you for our stay and making everything so easy. Delighted to offer this modern flat, with all mods cons, well equipped kitchen, 32" LED TV, dishwasher and super-fast broadband. Right in the centre of town, 15 min walk to the station and close to the beach, restaurants, bars, pubs, coffee shops and shopping area including the best supermarkets in town. We have a late check out time (1 PM) so that you can make the most of your stay. Check in from 4PM (earlier can be arranged when possible). This clean and uncluttered flat is close to everything Brighton has to offer. Ideal for a couple but also as the sofa turns into a sofabed, two or three friends sharing. The place has undergone an extensive refurbishment and it has been equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The superfast broadband is wicked, so bring your gadgets with you. Floors are carpeted and central heating keeps the place warm and cozy. Fresh linen, towels and toiletries provided. Hair dryer and iron also available. Just bring yourself! You'll have the complete flat for you. I live quite close to the flat and I'll be there to help in whichever way I can. Always prefer to meet and greet. If I can't make it a well trained in the "what to do in Brighton" host will see that you make the most of your stay. You are in the "border" between Brighton and Hove. It is a very vibrant neighborhood and you will be spoiled for choice when it comes to restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, shops, supermarkets, etc. Leave the car at home and take the train, you really won't need it. You can walk from the station (no more than 15 min walk) or either number 1/1A bus will take you to the flat. Else a 5 min taxi ride and you are there. The flat is walking distance to the Lanes, Churchill Square, concert venues, the pier and the I360 is just down the road. The flat is on a second floor which requires the use of stairs.bővebben
Very nice flat in fantastic central location.
Absolutely brilliant location. Maria was very helpful with places to go and things to see, responding very quick to any queries. The flat was also extremely tidy and also ideal for a couple that is looking to explore all that Brighton has to offer, would definitely recommend.
The stay was lovely and the flat was very good located, clean and has everything you need like iron, hairdryer and all the kitchen accessories. Also Maria was very nice and she was waiting for us to give us the keys and also some information about Brighton. Lovely stay! thank you Maria.
We stayed at Maria's flat for a week in September. We were met at the flat by Maria's friend who had bought us some milk, orange juice and breakfast cereal which was a nice touch. The flat was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The location was very central, on a busy street with a Sainsbury's, Waitrose and large greengrocers nearby. It was also only a short stroll to the seafront and there were also lots of buses, so getting around town was very easy. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Maria's apartment was exactly as shown on the photos, modern and clean. We didn't book in until the night before our trip and Maria was extremely accommodating, getting back to me quickly and ensuring someone could let us in on time. The location of the apartment is great, you really don't need a car to get anywhere locally. The only downside to the apartment is that it is quite noisy in the morning from traffic and passersby but this is the compromise you have to make for a great location.
Great location, nice place, lovely host :)
Maria was a very helpful host, and she was quick to respond. The flat is just like the pictures and is located in a great area of Brighton, with everything you need close by. I would happily stay here again if I ever return to Brighton in the future.

Fab little cottage, was perfect for a short girlie weekend. Perfect location for the laines, beach front, shops everything really. Only small negative was that the windows didn't keep much noise out apart from that perfect. The small courtyard was an added bonus too. Thanks Libby.

Lovely place, walking distance to the sea front and city centre - perfect getaway for couples! Hosts were very kind and helpful.
This place was lovely, just what we were after. Good location and the apartment is gorgeous inside. Easy check in/check out system. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
Peter and Seb were great hosts. Their communication was great, both before and during our stay. The apartment was brilliant - great location and really lovely on the inside. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
A lovely peaceful clean quiet flat with a great restaurant recommendation in Semolina. We had a superb time.
Peter was a charming host and sent very thorough instructions early on in the booking process. He then followed it up nearer the time with clear directions. Further to this he was available to talk (on a Friday night) when we got lost entering Brighton. The flat is exactly as described and well equipped (including fresh coffee and champagne flutes). The Clic Clac bedding system is very easy to use. Would book again. Thank you
As frequent visitors to Brighton we already knew that we were going to have a great time and our experience was enriched thanks to our stay at The White Rooms. The apartment is clean, stylish, well located and fully equipped. The hosts Peter and Seb are welcoming, quick to respond to questions and provide heaps of information/recommendations for your stay in Brighton. This being my first booking with AirBnB the helpful and friendly manner of Peter and Seb eradicated any concerns I had. I would most definitely recommend this apartment and will no doubt be staying again.

We had a great stay with Gerry. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to see. The room was a little noisy at night just with people walking by the window but overall it was a great experience and Gerry was a very friendly host. Will definitely recommend!
Gerry was there to meet me when I arrived. The room is lovely, clean and well presented with some nice touches such as fresh flowers, fudge and bottle of cold water. Location is amazing, in the heart of the Lanes. Wonderful cafes for breakfast nearby. Fabulous bathroom and excellent value.
Amazing stay in Brighton. Gerry was such a lovely host - extremely helpful and caring! I'd highly recommend his accommodation. Very well located in the centre of Brighton. Place is super clean and nice.
Gerry was a great host and I will definitely recommend to others to stay here. Lots of wonderful little touches in the room that let you know Gerry cares about his guests.
The location of Gerry's town house was brilliant. We were close to the station and the Laines. The room was exactly as described, clean. comfortable and had access to wi-fi. Perfect. The bathroom was well appointed also. Gerry was an attentive host and we chatted for a considerable time, before he left us to our own devices. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend this location.
Gerry couldn't have been more welcoming! The room was bright and a good size, in a lovely town house in the centre of Brighton. Gerry was generous with his time, and we whiled away the morning talking about all manner of things – from politics to Brighton's economic and social growth. I'd recommend anyone looking for a minibreak in Brighton to stay with Gerry – his place is just a stone's throw from city's beating heart, and served as a brilliant central hub for my girlfriend and I.
Gerry was a great host. The private room was perfect for our one night stay in Brighton and had everything we needed. The bedroom and adjacent bathroom were clean and tidy. The house was in a great location situated within the lanes and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Brighton. We'd recommend for food: Hen, Bread & Milk and Silo all very nearby.
Gerry was a fantastic host who made us feel very welcome and gave us great advice on Brighton and the surrounding area. The room was lovely and in a great location, and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

This is the best airbnb place I have stayed - it exceeded alol expectations. The house is beautiful with great attention to detail. Seb was very welcoming and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful.
This place is just lovely. Scandi cool. Very comfortable. Peter & Seb responsive and helpful. Thoroughly recommended!
We loved our stay at Peter and Seb's! Both the house and room were beautiful and immaculate and the cats were an added bonus! Quiet area with free on street parking (not always easy in Brighton!) would definitely recommend to anyone for a weekend stay in Brighton.
My first airbnb experience was made an absolute delight at number 34. Peter and Seb, the hosts are lovely, I was welcomed with a cup of tea and a tour of the house upon arrival which was most appreciated. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated right down to the vintage mugs. We stayed in the Copper room which was very cosy and slept like a log. Also their two cats are adorable and very friendly. Would definitely stay at again and highly recommend!
Absolutely beautiful room and house. Immaculate, great interior decor throughout. Perfect B&B stay - many thanks indeed.
Really great experience. Friendly, relaxed hosts. Beautiful, comfortable home. Everything you need is thoughtfully provided - highly recommended.
Highly recommend this place! Very cosy, beautiful and with a positive energy. Although we did not meet Peter nor Seb, they were undoubtedly perfect hosts as we got every detail explained.

Charming and elegant one very large bedroom apartment in a Victorian house. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Superb location slap-bang in the centre of Brighton with North Lanes and train station literally just 5 minutes away. Ideal for business travelers, a couple or two friends. It is perfect for a romantic or relaxing getaway, and a beautiful and inspiring place to work. Ideal for a weekend retreat for couples seeking a romantic break, or two good friends looking for a great weekend at the seaside. It is also a nice place to work from for a few days. Very close to the main Brighton attractions. Really bright, spacious and in excellent condition. It has lots of charm and I, and my guests, believe is beautifully decorated. No suitable for children. Non smokers only. 3 night minimum stay for Bank Holiday weekends The lobby in the main entrance is shared with two neighbours. Door leading to a staircase to the first floor where the apartment is - the entrance to my apartment is the door to the right. I will meet you upon your arrival to hand over the keys, and explain amenities, etc. Available by phone or email during your stay. Remember that this is your apartment while you are here and we will leave you to enjoy it! The only 'off-limit areas' are several wardrobes that hold my personal belongings, and the stove, for health and safety reasons. My apartment is located in the very popular area of Seven Dials . At the top of one of the many hills of Brighton, northwest of the centre. It is a vibrant mix of fashion and bohemian chic. An area with architecture from the late nineteenth century. It takes its name from the seven roads that radiate from the center of The Dials ' . It is located in the centre of the West Hill and Clifton Hill areas which are conservation areas, and in the same area are Port Hall , Montpelier, The North Laine, the Brighton train station and Brighton city centre . My apartment is literally a 5 minute walk from Brighton Railway Station. The famous North Lanes are at the same distance and so it is the Churchill Square shopping centre. Most main areas to visit in Brighton are within walking distance of here. The seafront is just under 10 minutes. I have added a list of bars, restaurants and shops to my guidebook for you to enjoy Brighton like a local. The apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay, and you will be given a set of keys so you can come and go as you please. Great location only 10 - 15 mins walk from the rail station, central Brighton and the Laines. Dunia's flat was a very generous sized 1 bed with everything you could wish for. Really comfy large bed - we slept like babies!! Immaculately clean with nice linen and towels to use. Dunia provided bread and milk so we could have breakfast each day. She was also very helpful at check in and out times allowing us to stay late on the last day to get the very most from our weekend. Mil gracias Dunia!! A+!
We stayed here over the weekend in Brighton and we're thrilled with how beautiful and spacious this flat is! It's right near all the big places in town that you'd want to go and a 5-10 minute walk from any sort of night life you'd like! We had such a phenomenal time staying here and really appreciated how quick Dunia was to answer any questions we had and work with us on making sure everyone was happy. Thanks for a great weekend Dunia!
We had a wonderful time, Dunia was very welcoming and kind. Her home is beautiful and in a prominent location. Not far from the sea and walking distance from quirky pubs cafes and restaurants. Walking distance from the station and bus stops for anyone that's wants to get about. We had a wonderful stay I highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Brighton to stay here ☺️☺️☺️
From the moment Dunia replied warmly and rapidly to our first inquiry about her flat, I knew we were in good hands. Dunia's home is carefully decorated, wonderfully situated and provided the perfect launching point and respite from our Brighton adventure (And our first Air BnB adventure). Although she was travelling herself, Dunia was quick to respond by email to any question or advice required over our week's stay, while leaving us with a home well equipped for everything we needed. It was a great stay and I encourage anyone wanting a beautiful Brighton break to start and end their days at Dunia's flat.
A wonderful apartment in a perfect location - a short walk to everything you would want to see and do in Brighton but nice and quiet so you can relax in peace. Dunia was the perfect host and provided lots of tips for fantastic places to go. The apartment is lovely and spacious and has everything that you could possibly need. If I return to Brighton I will definitely book to stay here again!
Amazing!! Dunia is a wonderful host, we are yet to finish our weekend here . Her home is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need. We staying to attend the JW convention in the Amex stadium and this beautiful home is a few mins walk to Brighton main station for anyone who wants to get about by train. An excellent location and a wonderful experience. I will definitely be staying here again. ☺️
Dunia was a generous, friendly and communicative host. The apartment was really cosy and nicely decorated and had a lovely wood burner which we made use of as the seasons changed. Dunia even provided breakfast essentials for us. The apartment is very close to shops and the station, which is convenient. Highly recommended.

The downstairs area is not normally available to guests in the evening although you are welcome to leave food in the fridge and there is a microwave too. We love living in Brighton and would be happy to make recommendations to help you make the most of your stay in our great and lively city. I love welcoming people to our house and making them feel at home. I also speak Spanish, French and some Italian. The house is in the Westhill conservation area, a short walk from Brighton station and the lovely North Laines with independent shops, stalls, antiques and bric a brac such as Snoopers Paradise on Kensington Gardens which is great fun and recommended as well as restaurants and pubs. The theatres, music venues and seaside are all in easy walking distance. There is always something going on in Brighton and it is a great cosmopolitan city with two world class universities and a great art college it is a vibrant place. The city has great music venues and clubs as well as the beautiful Brighton Pavillion, museums and art galleries. The Brighton Festival and Brighton Fringe takes place every May with music, theatre, talks, comedy and cabaret taking place, many free acts around town as well as many open houses owned by local artists who open their doors at weekend during the whole of May. The new I360 a new viewing tower which will give you the best panoramic views of Brighton and Sussex and a lovely promenade along the beach which is used by local people all year round as even in the winter you get spectacular waves and views of the town. Brighton also boast some great restaurants to suit all tastes. I personally love fish and seafood restaurants ranging from the Regency, The Salt House and Riddle and Finns. There is also 64 degrees which is one of the best restaurants near the seaside as well as many lovely restaurants very close to where we live including French, Italian, Mexican, Asian. There are also many local pubs around the corner from our house which do great food too such the Yeoman, Battle of Trafalgar and the Basketmakers among others which do great food and Sunday lunches. If you are vegetarian Brighton is also your place with top restaurant Terre a Terre as well many other vegetarian and vegan places. I love markets too and near us on Saturday there is a popular local street market and on Sunday mornings you have the Marina market selling antiques, bric a brac and car boot sales which is great fun and a good place to find bargains. We are only four minutes walk from Brighton station and the train is the best way to come to Brighton. Jessica is a very very friendly landlord and get us many useful advice. I got gastroenteritis and Jessica helped me to contact the hospital. It's so kind. And Jessica let me feel like a friend. By the way, the location of her house is great, just 3 mins walk to train station. Thanks, Jessica.
Everything was fine as last time and Jessica as welcoming to Martin and me as I expected.
Jessica was a great host - very friendly and accessibly before our arrival, everything beautifully set up and she was great to stay with! Even giving us breakfast. Lucky to have found her!
My friend and I were extremely pleased with the accommodation. Everything was as stated and very clean and tidy. Jessica was extremely accommodating and made our stay comfortable. Thanks for the toast!
Jessica was very welcoming and the room was immaculate. We even had our own bathroom which was fantastic. The location is perfect and very convenient. We couldn't have asked for more.
Everything was perfect. Great location, comfortable room. Private bathroom and very helpful host. Would definitely recommend.
Jessica was very welcoming and made my stay very comfortable. Her town house is in a fab location in the heart of Brighton, very close to the train station and a 5-10 minute walk to the Lanes and the front.

Our home is a beautiful Edwardian family home in a quiet tree-lined residential street with excellent access to trains (5 mins walk to Preston Park station with direct line to Gatwick and several London stations), buses, shops and all the fabulous fun of Brighton (4 mins). The house has 3 double bedrooms (one is a sofa bed) and 1 single room across 3 floors, 2 living areas, fully equipped open-plan kitchen/dining/living room. Free parking (some restrictions). Gas BBQ and rowing machine. GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING ROOM - The ground floor includes a lovingly restored Edwardian living room with period fireplace, a very spacious modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living room opening out with full width glass doors to the garden. The kitchen island incorporates a breakfast bar with 4 stools and the dining table extends to seat 8 people. Guests have full access to kitchen equipment including a Gaggia coffee machine, 5 burner range stove and double oven, food processor, blender and for anyone who wants to make more use of it than us, a pasta maker. Also a wide range of cookbooks and access to basics and condiments. GARDEN & TWITTEN - The garden includes plenty of garden furniture, parasol and gas BBQ, with access to a twitten (Brighton’s very own word for alleyway) and any produce being grown in our small vegetable patch. UTILITY ROOM – Includes American-style fridge freezer (with ice dispenser) and ceiling-mounted clothes rack. Downstairs toilet room. FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM - The large master bedroom with a huge bay window has a beautiful superking size bed and en-suite shower and toilet. SECOND BEDROOM - Double bed overlooking the garden. Guests can also use the rowing machine, which stores up against the wall in this room. THIRD BEDROOM - A single bedroom with raised bed (ladder access). Fully equipped with toys and books! FAMILY BATHROOM – Beautiful Victorian-style bathroom with rain shower head. SECOND FLOOR FOURTH BEDROOM - The converted loft is a large, bright study or playroom including a comfortable and easy-to-open-out sofa bed. Double loft windows including a Juliet balcony window, all with full black-out blinds. Large desk space. Separate toilet room on the second floor landing. You have the free reign of the house and garden to yourselves except for one small room on the first floor which will be kept locked simply to be able to pile some of our stuff, to allow you a little bit more room for your clothes etc. You will be able to pick up keys and check yourself in. We will be available by phone or email. The quiet tree-lined residential street forms part of the tiny Preston Village conservation area just off the main road into Brighton. It offers very easy access to walk, bus or train into the centre of Brighton, the Pier and the beach. The house is 5 minutes from Preston Park, a large green space including children’s play area, two cafés, tennis courts, rose garden, velodrome and the open-to-the-public grounds of Preston Manor. A Sainsburys Express is just 2 minutes away plus a row of local shops and two basic pubs around the corner and a family-friendly pub with large outdoor seating and good food less than 10 minutes away. The area includes plenty more pubs, cafés and shops. But you’re most likely to be heading to Brighton and its attractions including the Pier and its rides, the Royal Pavilion, the beach, shopping in the Lanes and the North Laine, crazy golf, the i360, the great and varied restaurants, buzzing nightlife etc, etc. Or a 20 minute drive or cycle ride will take you into deepest countryside in the South Downs National Park including the renowned hills of Ditchling Beacon and Devil’s Dyke or the woods of Stanmer Park. Or visit the pretty village of Steyning to the East, or to the West, historical Lewes (Anne of Cleves House, Lewes Castle etc) and Glyndebourne just beyond. CAR - We're just off the main road from London, which is a good thing and a bad thing. If you're arriving by car, we'll give you directions to avoid the traffic jams coming into Brighton (at their worst on a sunny Saturday). We'll also give advice to avoid the difficult and expensive parking in central Brighton but the top tip is to use public transport. There is free parking in the whole street although one side of the road has restrictions for one hour during the day (12-1pm on weekdays including bank holiday Mondays) to deter commuters. TRAIN - Our train line has direct services to Brighton (4 minutes), Gatwick airport (30 mins), London Victoria (1hr), London Bridge (1hr), London Blackfriars (1hr 15mins), Hove (4 mins), Lewes (30 mins), Eastbourne (50 mins) etc. The house is close enough to walk to the station in 5 minutes (or run in 3) but not close enough to hear the trains. BUS - The bus stop for Brighton is 4 minutes away (20 minutes into the heart of Brighton) and the bus stop out of Brighton including direct coach service to Gatwick (30 mins) and Heathrow (2 hours) is just 2 minutes away. WALKING - Brighton Pier and beach is just 2 miles away, a 40 minute stroll via the North Laine, the Lanes and the Royal Pavilion. - Free wifi connection - 3 TVs (both living rooms and second bedroom) - Integrated sound system in 3 rooms (Sonos) - Solar-heated water (Hive control system) - Kitchen basics and equipment available for use within reason - Sheets and towels provided - The house is only child-friendly for under 3 year olds if given prior warning as we have an intricate original balustrade on the first floor with large gaps in it which would need to be screened off as it was when our child was younger. - 2 out of the 4 toilets are macerators which means nothing unnatural except toilet paper should be put down them and anything even as small as a plastic razor protector may block or break the system with pretty nasty results! This includes the en-suite toilet, sink, shower and the ground floor toilet and sink. - No pets allowed however anyone who is very allergic should note that normally we have 2 resident cats and we cannot guarantee a 100% fur-free zone although they will be on holiday with us and the house well-hoovered.bővebben
Beautiful house with plenty of space. Instruction leaflets very helpful. Everything we needed was on hand. House was ideally located on the bus route into Brighton and a Sainsburys at the end of the road. We had a very relaxing time and will definitely book again.
We arrived to a beautifully clean house, with a bottle of prosecco already chilling for us in the fridge! The house is really gorgeous and is in a great location for getting into Brighton as well as exploring Preston Park, Preston Manor and the lovely Rock garden. The listing description is very accurate. Helen is a very helpful host, who was always quick to respond to questions. I hope to stay here again in future!
Helen was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She was easy to contact and very responsive. The information she provides to help you enjoy your stay is excellent. The house itself is a really enjoyable place to be. It is spacious and stylish. It has a fabulous kitchen and a good garden. It really does feel like a home from home. The house is well located. It is close to the centre of Brighton which is a fabulous town. It is very easy to get around from there.

The room is on the first floor of a four storey house five minutes away from Brighton station. It is both centrally located and quiet. The shower room is on the same floor with sink and wc and shared with other guests. My house is ideally located , close to city centre yet situated in a quiet street. Guests have a shower room, wc and sink to themselves and have full use of kitchen for preparing food and make a hot drink. Guests can also use the dining room table for laptop work and catching up with emails. I am very happy to share my knowledge of the local area, venues and events. Also I respect privacy for guest who simply want to use my home as a base. My house is so central to Brighton. Everything is within ten minutes walk, yet the road is lovely and quiet, as it's two roads up from the main road. Five minutes walk from Brighton station and three minutes away from major bus routes. Andrew's apartment is very nice and perfectly located to the main attractions, especially to the train station. He has been so nice and helpful with us. He also generously offered his kitchen for cooking dinner. Pookie and Chompers are so sweet :)
I had a lovely stay at Andrew's. He made me feel really at home and was ever so helpful when it came to allowing me to leave my bag the day before my stay and the next day- much appreciated! His home is very cosy and jolly, lovely dogs too :) Very comfy bed, I was nice and toasty. Really great location close to the train station, just up from town centre and super breakfast selection!
I think this has been the most welcoming and homely airbnb experience I've had. Andrew and Sandrina were absolutely lovely. We had everything we needed, including a super comfy bed, offers of a hairdryer, extra towels, bottled water by our bed, coffee, tea, breakfast, anything we needed! The location couldn't be better, as it was a 5 minute walk from the station and close to restaurants, pubs, shops etc. We were given tips on the best places to eat and where our time was best spent. All appreciated. We felt very much at home, and when we come to Brighton again, we will definitely be staying at Andrew's. Thanks a million! - Kelsey and Kasper
We arrived at Andrew's house around midday for a weekend stay and he was lovely, really welcoming and the communication was great beforehand. The house / room were just as described, and the area was perfect, an easy stroll into Brighton but far enough away that it was nice and quiet at night.
We stayed at Andrew's just a for a night, but we wished it could last longer. We completely felt at home. The house is warm and comfy, the rooms are pretty. Andrew offers the breakfast and you have so many choices! He was friendly and gave us advices about places to visit and to go. He made sure we were comfortable and just put a new TV in the room. He was paying attention to all the things we said, and never seemed bored. The perfect host! The house is in a quiet and nice place, 5min by walk to the biggest streets, 10min to the sea. Our stay was awesome because it was in Brighton, but Andrew made it absolutely perfect. We just want to go back now! Thank you for your kindness, and for everything in general.
Very happy with the choice we made!!! Aside the fact that the location is great (very close to the station, seaside and all the popular areas) Andrew is an amazing host. He knows and loves the city and he's very happy to give you tips and advice regarding places where you can have a good coffee or a meal. The house is very cosy and the room is nice and spacious, with plenty of books! The bed is very comfortable, and for us that is a good point. The bathroom is next to the room and although is shared it wasn't a problem for us. In the morning Andrew offered us a nice breakfast that kept us going during the day!!! In conclusion, the perfect choice to spend the nights if you go to Brighton. We will definitely repeat with Andrew!
i stayed here for just one night over the weekend. Though Andrew wasnt in on arrival, i was greeted by his friend who was very welcoming and showed me around. i did later meet Andrew who was equally welcoming and really friendly. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable!!! situated perfectly near the station though not anywhere too noisy and busy. The shower was also something to remember!! I would most certainly recommend andrew's as somewhere to stay.

Quiet location in the heart of brighton bordering bohemian kemptown and colourful villiage'y Hanover, close to Queen's Park and nice local cafes, 10 mins to the 'Laines' and City centre. We are on top of the hill with wonderful views to sea & City. Friendly house in the heart of brighton bordering the bohemian kemptown and colourful villiage'y Hanover, 5 minutes walk from Queen's Park and nice local cafes such as the popular wild cherry cafe. We are on top of the hill with wonderful views out to sea and over the centre of Brighton. You can walk everywhere from here, 10 minutes into the north laines of Brighton with their many individually owned shops and cafes, theatres etc and 10 minutes to the beach. We are offering our nice good sized ensuite double room with large double bed, with memory foam mattress, suitable for two persons or a couple with a chiild as we have a single fold up bed suitable for one young person. This room has the best panoramic views in the house. Whilst very central the area is quiet and not much traffic. If you don't feel like walking into town there are good local pubs nearby offering decent food. From the front room you can go directly up the stairs to your room without needing to walk through the main part of the house, so you can have your privacy My partner and I are involved in health / alternative medicine and music You can stay one night or up to one week at a time maximum Fresh coffee making facilities and tea and water are provided in room We offer a simple breakfast in your room, of cereals/granola/muesli (according to your choice) with fruit and milk (non dairy is available if you let us know in advance), and croissants. There is a mini fridge to store milk etc. There are also many lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs, to choose from, within easy walking distance You walk into the small hallway of our house and straight up the stairs to your room on the right. There is no need to walk through the main part of the house, so it is quite private. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have when you arrive, information about local cafe's and restaurants, with our particular favorites, will be there in your room. After that we will leave you to enjoy your stay, but feel free to ask us anything, as we've lived in Brighton 10 plus years and know the City and area well. We live at the top of a hill with views out to sea and over the City of Brighton, on a clear day you can even see the Isle of Wight, and you get to see wonderful sunsets from your room. You can explore the colourful and higgledy piggledy streets of Hanover, visit the lovely Queens Park, wander down to Bohemian Kemptown, and explore the great independent shops and cafes of the North and South Laines (10 mins walk). Brighton Pavillion is 10 minutes walk, well worth a visit, wander in its gardens, visit the museum and art centre there, or you might want to see a film at 'Dukes at Komedia' an independent art house cinema in the North Laines. There's the Dome and Theatre Royal nearby too, with many other smaller, lesser known but interesting venues offering all kinds of entertainment nearby too. Then of course there's the beach and pier and you are also close to the Downs with beautiful walks, accessible by public transport Our street is in a controlled parking zone, with some metered zones, however there is free parking close by, two streets away from Albion Hill and beyond. Whilst its easy to walk pretty much everywhere from here, there is a regular bus service at the top on the road on Queens Park Road, going to Brighton City Centre and onto Hove. A taxi to and from Brighton main line railway station is aproximately £4 - £5 and similary from the centre of Brighton back home if you do not want to walk up the hill! We are offering tea and fresh coffee making facilities in room, and a simple continental style breakfast with juice, granola/muesli, fruit and croissants. There are many lovely cafe's around within easy walking distance, we have listed our favorite ones for you and left this in your room.bővebben
Anita was a lovely, welcoming and informative host. The room and en suite were also very nice and came with a great breakfast! The house itself was well located, with great views and only ten mins walk away from the city - it is on quite a steep hill though! Would not hesitate to recommend. Had a great time and would stay again.
Anita is a great host, she even offered to pick us up from the train station. The view from the room is beautiful, since the house is situated on a hill, all Brighton center can be seen from up there. I don't think we could have found out a better place to stay in Brighton, totally recommended.
I spend a lovely weekend in Brighton and Anita's place was exactly what I needed. A calm, clean and relaxing place. I could feel a zen atmosphere. She gave me good advise for restaurant, everything is provided to make people feel at ease. Good amenities, great breakfast and lovely host. I recomend this place and will definitely come back.
Anita and Marieta were the perfect host. We felt like in our house. The views were amazing and the bed was super comfortable and cozy! The house is very clean and they left prepare for us a very nice breakfast. And their cats are so sweet! Anita was very helpful, she let us know many places to visit. It was a great experience and if i come back to Brighton I will definitely stay at Anita's house again. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.
Anita made me feel welcome from the second I stepped in the door (and even before if you count the lovely emails). The room is wonderfully calm with a stunning view of the sea and town. Anita was a lovely and attentive host.
