Dr. Kavvadia's organic olive farm is open for visits, tours and tastings. Walk through the olive grove and see the vegetable garden, our chicken coop, visit the modern olive press and our olive oil storage, and see how a sustainable olive farm works. Learn how olive oil is made and have an olive oil tasting session on our old olive mill room with vegetables from our garden.

We will start our experience by giving you a basic information for the olive oil and its place of origins, where you will served a welcome meze, homemade by my mother . Then we will move to my family olive museum's area when i will explain you, my family's olive oil history and also you will learn the old fashioned way of making olive oil, after that we shall pass into the modern olive mill facility and you will learn the way of the production, showing our awards and all of family's achievements. At the end we will have an olive oil tasting where i will teach you all about olive oil, myths and truths, benefits and tips how to taste and make the best choice of buying olive oil Other things to note If you are vegan or vegetarian, please inform me If you have any allergies in foods, please let me know

we will meet at the meeting point after we will go to the take off with our van and after a small briefing we will be in the air its simple and safe.after we land back at the take off or at the beach it depends on the wind how strong it is. Other things to note paragliding is depending on the weather conditions and we want to have a safe flight always.. i would like to know how many days you will be for holidays to plan the best day for paragliding.(if the weather is not good for paragliding at the current day we will reschedule the next day or before the booking)..paragliding is very dependant on the weather conditions and you have to be flexible on time.. i dont recomend to book a paragliding flight on the departure day or a day before. (transfer from your hotel is avaliable on request and is extra charge)

Uplift & balance your mind, body & soul with this energizing sunset yoga session. You will be taken to one of the most majestic places on Paxos for sunset yoga. We'll do a little bit of trekking to get to our spot, as we'll be taking the trail to the place of Sterna Elliniki, an astonishing and huge water tank built during the era of the Venetian rule. Practice mindful breath & movement around the elements of nature: sun (fire), air, water and earth, on top of this incredible round water-collector, gazing at the scenic view, while the sun will slowly be setting before your eyes. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Suitable for all levels. Mats are provided. Stopovers to the Old Fortress, Cathedral of St. Spyridon, antique churches, places where "the Durrells" have lived or been filmed and other places of interest can be arranged upon request. 2.HIKING (MORNINGS): Many kilometers of Corfiot walking routes that lead into forested landscapes untouched by the mass tourism await for you to discover and explore. Such is the variety of Corfu's nature that walkers spend no more than an hour in any one landscape. The sparkling blue sea, the green and silver olive groves, the creeks and waterfalls and up to the rocky alpine hills of mt. Pantokrator; the nature of the island reveals heavenly sceneries, ideal for walkers. We move on easily accessible, pre-chartered paths. The difficulty level of our hikes varies from easy to advanced. Mussel tour is a unique local experience where you will meet our Queen. The journey will start on traditional boat, sail to the mussel farms. On the way local guide will explain the process of cultivation after that we will take some fresh mussel directly from the farm, on sail again and the guests will start to work a little bit, each of us will wear gloves and start separate the mussel. Work, sail and meditation for 15 min will be optional for each guest. After that, sail to another part of National Park of Butrint, there will cook live two kind of mussel dishes dressed with olive oil, lemon and parsley served with local white wine, fresh vegetables and homemade bread and water for each will be served too.

Schon nach 2 Stunden kannst du dir mit unsere Anleitung ein Schmuckstück und ein Souvenir der besonderen Art herstellen. Dabei nutzen wir die Sandgusstechnik und formen Fundstücke aus der Natur, vom Strand oder Meer ab. Diese Fundstücke zu finden ist der 1. Schritt bei dem wir dir auch gerne helfen. Auch komplizierte Schmuckstücke kannst du verwirklichen, benötigen dann jedoch auch mehr Zeit. Mitmachen kann jeder ab 6 Jahren oder auch Eltern mit Kindern unter 6 Jahren. So wird es zu einem Familien Event. Besonders schön ist es, wenn alter Schmuck, Familienerbstücke oder Schmuck der defekt ist mit verwendet wird. Edelmetalle lassen sich beliebig oft wieder einschmelzen. So wird dieser wieder zu einem neuen getragenen Schmuckstück. Falls du mit deiner oder deinem Liebsten auf der Suche nach den Ringen fürs Leben bist, bieten wir dir an diese mit uns zusammen zu verwirklichen. Die entstehenden Kosten für von uns verwendeten Edelmetallen sind in der Seminargebühr nicht enthalten und sind am Ende des Seminars vor Ort zu begleichen.

We will go on a relaxed walk in one of the most beautiful natural forests of Corfu, the forest of Erimitis. We will walk on very defined and easy paths and stray into the forest where the high canopy will shield us from the hot sunny rays. We will chose and go to one (or more) of the many beaches surrounding this forest, where we will swim and relax throughout most of the day. There are some interesting rock formations that house many dozens of fish, some species of corals and sponges, so bring your snorkelling gear! There are three wetlands in this forest, two of which we will visit and discuss their importance and why we should protect them. I am doing this activity on my free time this summer, two times a motnh or so and it is as much a lovely relaxing experience for me as I hope it is for you. What I offer is more of a walk in the forest and not a hike. It is the experience of how we locals go to our secluded little beaches for our Sunday day off. By the way, if you are looking to do a more active hiking activity during your stay, let me know, as many friends of mine do hikes from Nisaki to Kassiopi that pass from Erimitis.

Taste Our cooking class starts with a welcoming morning coffee and tea. We start the fire in the wood burning oven and we begin to knead our dough. We then walk around Lefkada Micro Farm to harvest vegetables for our lunch and learn how our food grows. Get to know our trees, our vegetables and our animals. By the time we get back to the kitchen the oven is already hot and ready to bake our loaves. We prepare the vegetables for the Briam (roasted mixed vegetables) and place it in the oven. By the time the main dish is cooked we’ve already prepared the Greek salad and Tzatziki using the freshest vegetables, goat cheese and traditional sheep yoghurt from small local dairies. Finally, we sit together in our open air kitchen and enjoy what we’ve prepared. An opportunity to take a break from the blue of our beautiful island and go green – enjoy the peaceful Greek countryside and off the tourist beaten beaches. Interact with fellow visitors and create a nutritious and delicious lunch together. Harvest organic vegetables of the highest quality and learn to prepare the iconic Greek dishes we all love.
