Andrea's Tour in Florence ⚜️

This is a 2h outdoor historic walking, starts from the Basilica of Santa Croce (Meeting point) and continues towards the Brunelleschi's Dome. I will guide you through understanding how Florence dominated the world in the past centuries and enchanted it with its art and crafts. You will learn about its past through the fascinating biographies of its great citizens: Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Dante, and many others, and with a special focus on the Medici Family that dominated the city for three centuries! While being carried away in Florence intriguing past, you will be able to see the city's beating center, breath in its vibrant and charming atmosphere and walk past many of its must-visit famous monumnets and my favorite hidden gems. * In the summer my tour at 7PM is the best to avoid the crowds, the sultry heat and the the city is fabulous at sunset! ll tour vi permetterà di visitare i principali siti d'interesse paesaggistico della Toscana. Visiteremo insieme la Val d’Orcia e in particolare la zona delle Crete senesi, il Site transitoire, l’area dell’Agriturismo Baccoleno, il paesino di Chiusure, i cipressi di San Quirico, la meravigliosa città di Pienza (patrimonio dell’Unesco), il punto dove hanno girato il film Il Gladiatore (Pieve di Corsignano / Agriturismo Terrapille), la sorprendente Bagno Vignoni e infine Poggio Covili. Il tour dura 7 ore. Si può scegliere di partire di mattina o di pomeriggio. Il tour di mattina (orario 10-17) prevede il pranzo a Pienza (non compreso nel prezzo) con degustazione di prodotti tipici. Il tour pomeridiano (orario 14-21) prevede un aperitivo a Pienza (non compreso nel prezzo), una degustazione di pecorini (compresa nel prezzo), la visione del tramonto a Baccoleno. Il sabato ci troveremo in Piazza Tasso, 10 minuti a piedi da Ponte Vecchio (circa 800 mt). During this experience, I will capture photographs of you with beauty of Florence. I believe it's essential for us to engage in conversation which can help to alleviate any initial apprehensions, given that I'm a stranger photographing you. Our journey will take us through the charming alleyways of Florence, visiting iconic landmarks such as the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, and along the riverside (Lungarno), where we will capture photographs and revel in the city's beauty. I am able to customize the tour according to your preferences if you inform me in advance. Additionally, for those interested, we can extend the tour to Piazzale Michelangelo or any other location, However, please note that this constitutes a separate tour and price would need to be discussed at the time of reservation. Whether you are a solo traveler, a family, or a couple, my services are available to cater to your needs. Upon completion of the tour, it will take me 7-10 days to deliver your photos via WeTransfer. I do not utilize Photoshop for editing, therefore I will not retouch faces or remove individuals from the background. Instead, I use Lightroom to color correct your photos, applying a specific preset, to each image that is good. As a result, you can expect to receive approximately 60+ color-corrected pictures. Hidden Florence

Forget the boring explanation of churches and monuments: Florence is an open-air museum but also a city full of tradition and anecdotes. My tour will be a journey through time to discover the identity of the city through its illustrious protagonists. You'll start in Piazza della Repubblica, where the Romans founded Florence over 2000 years ago. In Piazza del Duomo you'll admire with me the imposing facade of the Cathedral, in which the bloodiest murder that involved the Medici family took place: the Pazzi conspiracy. In the nearby 'medieval district' I'll tell you the story of Dante Alighieri, the poet who wrote the Divine Comedy. Michelangelo, Donatello and Cellini are other great personalities that will accompany us to the discovery of Piazza della Signoria. Piazza degli Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio will be other important stages of your itinerary.
