Run through Lisbon’s landmarks with a professional trainer

See Lisbon’s landmarks from a unique perspective as I lead you on a 5-6km run along the riverside. I’m Bex, known here in Portugal as the Lisbon Trainer, and I’ve curated an adventure that takes us past iconic historic sites. This run is open to all levels, from seasoned competitors to beginners. • Meet at Doca Alcântara for a quick group warmup before embarking on a scenic route past some of the city’s most beautiful landmarks, including the Electricity Museum, the 25 de Abril Bridge, and the historic Belém Tower. You will have the option to go ahead and loop, if you want to pick up the pace too. • Take brief photo stops at key points along the way to capture memories and learn interesting facts about the city. I’ll encourage you to take part in a landmark challenge, spotting hidden gems and unique details of your surroundings. • Solo travelers or groups are welcome to join! However you show up, you’re sure to meet fellow active runners, and maybe even make a new buddy or two. Once we finish the run, we’ll cool down and stretch as a group, and I’ll share recommendations for other great spots around town to move, recover and refuel.

Beginner surf lessons and breakfast at Costa da Caparica

Join me at Praia da Cabana do Pescador, one of the most beautiful surfing beaches in Costa da Caparica, for an introductory surf lesson and an exploration of surfings history. • We’ll start on land with surfing basics, safety guidelines, and a Q&A session, followed by a brief warmup. • Then we’ll hit the water for your lesson. Praia da Cabana do Pescador has consistent, beginner-friendly waves year-round, making it a great spot to learn. • Afterward, you can share how the lesson went, learn my larger perspective on how I live surfing, and enjoy the views You’ll leave with an understanding of surfing fundamentals and the sport’s history, both globally and in Portugal. We provide all necessary equipment, you'll just need a towel.

Zero-to-ollie skateboarding lesson at iconic Casa De Musica

This personalized, confidence-building skateboarding lesson will introduce you to the energy, history, and community spirit of Porto’s thriving skateboarding scene. I’ll provide your board and safety equipment. • I’ll ask about your skateboarding background, if any. After I demonstrate how to stand, balance, and push, it’s your turn! I’ll guide you as you step onto the board and start to feel how it moves. • Next, I’ll teach you how to control the board, turn, and stop, offering tips and encouragement as you practice. When you’re ready, I’ll introduce you to a beginner-friendly trick such as an ollie. Throughout our time together, I’ll share stories about Porto skating, both past and present. • You’ll have time to hone your favorite moves or tricks with my guidance. We’ll wrap things up by reflecting with coffee and pasteis de nata at the bar inside Casa da Música. You’ll leave with an appreciation for Porto’s skateboarding scene, some tips on exploring it further, and newfound confidence in your abilities.

Let's visit the less touristy Douro. For us what matters are the charismatic people that you will meet throughout the all experience. Authentic people, with tons of knowledge, but with a lot of character and personality. Forget about the biggest commercial brands, it's not for us... Kayak Lagos Adventure

We reviewed safety procedures and internal hygiene protocols, and as a result of this work, Turismo de Portugal recognized Lagos Adventure, a safe Travel and Tourism Agency. The kayaking activity it's really amazing. Check-in: Our meeting point for Kayak Tour is at the Gate "ABCD" at Marina de Lagos - in front of (Pizza Hut restaurant). Tour: We start in Marina de Lagos, on board a catamaran. We leave the Harbor of Lagos (Marina de Lagos), and along the way we do a little briefing to teach/remind you how to maneuver the kayak, explain all the instructions about how to behave on the water, and what you can expect during the sightseeing. You leave the boat already seat on the kayak and the catamaran will be by your side to support everybody in case you want to come back for any reason. In the kayak tour, the guide will provide detailed information about the beaches, caves, and curious shapes in the rock formations. At the end of the tour, we come back to the catamaran with the kayaks to relax a few minutes, jump on the water and swim around the boat. For the Tour, we need 2 hours and 30 minutes - from leaving the harbor to coming back again. This activity depends on the weather and Sea Conditions. If is not safe I can cancel the Tour. You can leave your mobile or camera on the support boat if you think is not safe on the kayak. The Kayaks are double, you can share the effort.
