This is just a cool thing to see in 2017. Built in 1887 and loosely modelled after the famous Chrystal Palace in London (1851), the Chrystal Palace in Picton just has to be seen. Home of the Picton Fair on Sept 9-11.

Lake on the Mountain describes itself pretty well. It's a beautiful little lake sitting high on a hill (an Ontario "mountain") that looks down on it's big cousin Lake Ontario far below. Pretty cool to see.
